I woke up to the feeling of someone sitting on the bed. Opening my eyes, I found Hyaku, clad in a Kimono, leaning against the wall staring down at me with those loving eyes I had gotten to know so well last night. I smiled.
"Good morning," he told me, his hand reached out and tucked a stray chunk of hair behind my ear. My bed head could not be attractive right now. I tried not to think about how unattractive I looked while he sat there all gorgeous and amazing.
"Morning," I smiled.
"Hana wants to see us right now," he told me before giving me a light kiss on the lips. "You better get dressed so we can go."
I groaned. "Can't we just stay in bed together all day?" I knew the answer, but I didn't mind complaining a little as well. It wasn't very often we got to be alone like we were last night.
"We can dream," he said as he got out of bed. Now I had no reason to dawdle. Sighing heavily, I turned, and using the sheet to wrap around my body, I searched for my discarded articles of clothing so that I could put them in the laundry pile. I found the clothes I wanted to wear and quickly slipped into them.
Grabbing the now discarded sheet, I hurriedly made the bed. There. Now, my room doesn't give away what had happened here last night. At least no one looking in will notice. I'm sure a demon could be able to sense it if they walked into the room, however. But, who cares what they thought. We were adults.
"Are you ready yet?" Hykau prodded me from the doorway, where he had been waiting for me.
I nodded and after walking over to him, I grabbed his hand. "Ready," I gave him a smile as we began walking towards the temple where we knew Hana, Koori, and Lin to be awaiting us. We swung our joined hands back and forth as we walked, just enjoying each others' company.
Opening the temple doors, Koori immediately was all over me. "Tell me about last night!"
