Stressful

I am just so stressed out right now. I have cough, colds and a headache. I also feel so bad about lying to someone. **sighs** I really don't want to post this as much as possible but I just need to let it out or I'd go mad.... I dont normally lie without a reason but I guess because of the stress and everything else, I kinda did not know what to do. My friend kinda noticed it and she is not speaking to me right now. How should I approach her? I hope she won't get even madder if I will talk to her. Any advise guys? This is kinda new to me...
