Info: The main character of Despair. He is deeply depressed and antisocial as a result of an abusive and traumatic childhood. Shinu forced him to become his "protegee" and forbade him from interacting with anyone else. It's not that he doesn't like socializing, he just doesn't know how to. As a result, he has a strong bond with Shinu of both love and hatred.

Info: She is quiet, calm and sensible. Although she is tough and stern when she has to be. Because of her solitary personality, she never bonded with her younger brother. She didn't understand him and therefore avoided him. She used to have a deep respect for Shinu since he "put up" with Oonezumi.
