Appeal for Help
As you may have know by now, the Philippines was struck with a deadly typhoon that left approximately 1000 people and left thousands more homeless. Much of those who suffered from the onslaught of the typhoon were residents of Iligan City, Cagayan de Oro City, and Dumaguete City, as well as several other parts of Mindanao.
At this point, I would like to appeal to those who can give to please donate and give whatever you can spare to aid the victims of the typhoon. Here's a link to donate to the Philippine National Red Cross:

My family is also preparing to donate used clothing. I myself have donated Php 25 to the Red Cross, and plan on increasing that amount.
At this point that Christmas is just a few days away, this is one way that we can share the Christmas spirit to those who need a lot of help.
EDIT: I forgot to add this, but I think this is also important. If you have time, please pray for the victims of this tragedy. Please pray that those who died would now rest in peace and those who are still alive would be guided and blessed by the Lord as they go through a tough time ahead.
