Introductions are in order

Hello all! I thought I'd introduce you to the fire red team I have thus far for the pink paper children comic like thing I'll be doing. As you can see I stayed true to my original play through of red from back in the day Oh my Arceus thinking about how long ago these games first came out makes me feel soooo old! I started Sith a female Bulbasaur named Belladonna. Yes that was her name as a child to only I didn't know how to spell it so I shortened it to Bells. She is a mild nature which works perfectly with how I've always imagined her personality.

Next we have the first Pokemon I caught on this play through Hamtaro the rattata. Hamtaro was something I really enjoyed growing up to the point I remember drawing my own hamsters all the time. I actually had two single subject notebooks full of them with names, personalities, and heaven forbid stats too. In fact, when my dear late uncle passed on I drew him an angel hamster and put it in his casket with him. I know it's super dorky x.x it felt wrong not including my love for the silly show so all my male rattata have always been Hamtaro. Hamtaro is a jolly nature.

Second, we have Hermes the pidgey. I've always favored the pidgey line over the spearow one and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because I like the design better or maybe it's because of the Pokemon anime scene with the spearow. Who can say? I named him Hermes because they are rather quick birds and I thought naming him after the messenger of the gods suited him nicely. Hermes is a hasty nature which fits his name very well I think.

Third we have little Pan the mankey. I originally wanted a male, but after fifteen minutes of searching for one I gave up and caught her. Not that I'm disappointed or anything. It just took me a while to figure out a name for her ^^;; despite mankey's known bad temper, she is a jolly nature and honestly, I wouldn't have her any other way. She's an adorable little white puffball and I love her ^^

Fourth we have Icarus the spearow. I kind of felt like I should continue with the mythology a bit on this one. I thought about it for quite a while and Icarus is what suited him best. I think maybe it's because his head feathers remind me of Ikki from AirGear an people call him "Icarus" or rather compare the two. He has a bashful nature which is hilarious because of the way his species is typically portrayed.

Fifth we have a weedle without a nickname. Not because I forgot to or anything but because it will play a part in the comics to come. Just know he has a bold nature.

Sixth we have Arie the caterpie which you can't see. She is female and thankfully isn't a big scary bug lol she's a relaxed nature and honestly, I'm not sure where this name came from. I was just sitting there at the nickname screen trying to think of something and that's what came to mind.

As you can see I've been doing some leveling. I try to get everyone to level 10 before moving on and fighting my rivals. Once I do that I'll start my Pikachu hunt which may or may not take a long time.

In an unrelated note, what do you guys think of yellow forest? Do you have any speculations on its location? I have a theory it's in and or around Viridian forest. In Kanto and Johto, this is the only place you can catch a pikachu outside of the safari zone. Yellow forest to my knowledge, wasn't introduced until we received the pokewalkers with heart gold and soul silver. It's just a thought ^^ I'd love to hear thoughts on it.

That's it for my team and theories at the moment. Sorry if there's any mistakes in this, my coffee hasn't hit the bloodstream yet ^^;; I'm a walking zombie without coffee lately it's ridiculous! anyway, have an awesome day and let me hear your thoughts. Also! Before I forget, if you have any suggestions on what you'd want/like to see with the paper children please feel free to leave that in the comments too.

Later guys, happy training

Pink
