I can agree that my reactions are strong, and that's just something that is there and until I'm proven that what I'm doing is wrong or hurtful to someone, my stubborn self won't change.
I don't excuse my sensitivity to that, and there could be a better way to handle that situation, I will admit. But to give some perspective on why, I become sensitive to that because things have been done to me upon instances like that and it makes no sense.
Last year I was kicked out of school for a week because when I filed a report on some people that were messing with me, they thought that I needed to be psychologically evaluated and that I made a threat when I said "This type of behavior leads to acts of violence" (referring to their constant harassment)
Yet there's nothing psychologically wrong with someone who refuses to leave someone alone? Isn't that considered an obsession? Just like that person who got mad because he got caught cheating, he would not leave me alone for months on end all because he couldn't accept the fact that he got caught for cheating on a test! And he didn't even get punished! But its a mentally stable thing to keep harassing someone over?
All I really wanted was your opinion and you gave it, so there's not much I can say about your judgment because its not really judgmental, I see it as analytical/observant. You see what I don't see and what I cannot see, that's why I asked.
While I respect your disagreement I feel socially obligated to reply.
When idiot people do idiot things, what happens to them? They go to prison...They go to prison because they disturb the peace of society (now I know that not all prisoners are evil or even criminals but hear me out) and they need to be put in a place where they don't harm anyone else.
I actually believe in segregation, because it keeps "racial tension" at bay if you don't force two parties that don't get along to have to cohabitate with one another. But in this case I'm not necessarily talking about separating blacks altogether, I mean separate the hooligans from the humans. Initially, the Baltimore protests weren't violent, but once the crazy ones showed up things got out of hand...Now if I were there, and if I was a part of something peaceful and not destroying anything, I wouldn't want to be in the vicinity of people who (somewhat) look like me because if those cops started cracking heads, everyone involved in the chaos looks to be a participant.
And since we're comparing races, blacks are considered a minority, so by numbers there would be more people of other races doing uniquely messed up things, right?
But its really not the case. What massive incident has occurred on the same scale and the same number of times as the Baltimore or Ferguson or whatever other place riots, perpetrated by an overbearingly dominant race of people who aren't black?
I've rarely (only just to not say "never") seen a riot this crazy and this senseless done by any other minority or by any majority in America. Certain things, and very stupid things, are uniquely done by the lesser blacks of this world, and if this continues, nobody will care about the individual persons on a microscopic scale; I wouldn't be able to be differentiated from a rioter at that point and that is why I said what I said earlier.
Wow, this reply was long...I'll have to reply maybe tomorrow because I have somewhere to be later.
I thank you for your honesty on that forum.
But could you explain why in detail because I don't really get much out of a yes or no.
That's a surprise, usually you're super-calm.
I can't really say that this constitutes you being an angry person, I just don't get why the simple concept of "Leave people alone" just doesn't apply. Everything regarding social interaction is becoming to the point where it sanctions people being complete assholes.
You can see it all the time on social media (except for here, people are chill here) where trolls just have open space to keep calling people names...I thought this world took such things seriously, but I guess not.
Well, I'm not the first, I'm not the last, and DAMN is it that serious? Sounds like you've got the same dichotomy, I hated being called "white" because I wasn't stupid and a total fuck-up. That's why I don't get caught up in these types of situations; like even today a bunch of idiots came sprinting to the East wing of the school because of a fight...And you wonder why violence becomes them? Only a fool would advocate for that.
To an extent I can understand that, but old women usually don't do this type of stuff. That's why I was temperamental (until today when she started something again) about her because I give her the benefit of the doubt of just being old...As mean as that is, it doesn't absolve you from being/doing stupid and insane.
It's like she ran over someone with a car, it'd still be wrong and people should think its just as bad (or maybe worse because she's old enough to know what she's doing). I would make a reference to Sr. Chief, but that's not really a good analogy because at least he's joking at times, as unnerving as it can be...
She's well over the age of retirement, I know that's for sure, and she's just a substitute but its not like it makes much of a difference.
I agree that you're reactionary, and that you never actually start anything, but I think you're reactionary in that you're angry. (I've actually had this opinion for quite a while).
For example, when someone says to you that you look like someone who'd shoot up a school, you react by getting angry, whereas if I were in your case, yeah, I'd be hurt, but probably not be angry. I'd probably either just say "Oh, okay" and move on, or try and come up with some witty response.
But I also recognize that I'm not in your shoes. I don't have to deal with the crap you do on a daily basis. Heck, I hardly ever have to deal with anything resembling what you have to deal with. And thus, I cannot make a completely accurate judgement on how you act.
But you asked for my opinion, and that's it.
And as for the separating idiot-jerk blacks and other blacks, I kinda disagree. I'm pretty sure there are as many idiot-jerk whites as there are blacks, and we generally aren't looked at that way. I think the reason blacks are looked at as the way they are is because we, as a society, tend to look at the bad things some blacks are doing and the good things some whites are doing, without having a fair comparison. And yes, if we were to separate the blacks, it may help with how they are perceived, but it wouldn't help the actual problem. I think we need to 1. fix our perspectives ourselves and 2. help lower the amount of idiot-jerk blacks, one way or another.
But that's just my humble opinion.

In response to your question section: no, yes, mostly, a little bit, and yes.
On the topic of people who do dumb crap to other people... I feel ya. I'm almost to the point where, the next time someone does something stupid to me, I will drop an f-bomb with a smile on my face, which for anyone who knows me, especially on here, I never swear, which would get the message across quickly and efficiently.
THANK YOU for being the first black guy to say other black kids are stupid and making things worse. People at my school don't get that, either, and it kills me to have to live in a world where some of my friends are black and "act white" while many people I don't like just act ratchet and like idiots.
And going back to the old lady. Part of why she can do stuff like that and not get reprimanded is because of what I like to call Old Lady Privilege. My grandma has it, which is why she can get away with the tame stuff, like approaching random people to tell them how cute their children are, without getting called a pervert or creeper, simply because she is old. If my dad or I tried doing that stuff, we'd get hit over the head with umbrellas and get the cops called on us. LSS, that lady probably shouldn't be working in the school system anymore but she's gotta pay the bills somehow and they haven't fired her yet most likely because nobody else will hire her.
