Might as Well Get Goin'

Hay, sorry for kind of letting this place die -__-; The first two months of school always kill me.

~Bastion

I knew they would be in my group... I knew they made up almost if not more than half of the world.. But I still didn't like it... The last one introduced herself and off we went. I didn't mind that the mall was so crowded, it's just... There were so many of THEM!

Tightening my hold on my phone I pretended to look around as we stopped at some shop. I saw one of them coming towards me. "Sir do you ne-" I quick ducked down behind the rack of cloths that hung there.

"..." I didn't dare look up. "Sir.. Are you feeling alright?" I nodded and slowly stood up and tried to move away. "Yes. I'm fine. Don't worry about me. In fact, you can just ignore me and I'll do the same...." it blinked a few times before walking away muttering to it's self.

~Kazuko

I sighed. What was up with Kid? I watched almost entertained as he tried to hide from the sales clerk that was just doing her job. They talked for a moment before she walked away with a confused expression.

Laughing I walked over to her, "Don't mind him. He's kind of like that." she tried to smile before quickly fleeing to find something else to do. I shook my head. Not much appealed to me in this store... Actually, I felt like I was more or less sticking out...

Walking around a bit, I looked at some of the cloths in the dim lighted store. Not really my style, maybe some of the others who were younger were more into this stuff.

I stopped abruptly... Damn, that sounded like some old fart comment.... I grumbled to myself and went and found a couch to wait on while the others continued to look around.

Looking over I recognized one of the chicks from our group. Huh, so she wasn't really into this kind of stuff either.

"Hay," I greeted as I took a set across from her. She looked up and nodded. I tried to recall her name. "You'reeeeee....." I kept thinking trying to remember. Hikari? No, that was the girl who was dressed weird. Dinah? Noooo... "Ummm...." It wasn't Torri... "It's Alice." she replied so quietly that I could hardly hear her. That's right! Alice!

"Oh yeah, that's right." I laughed, "Sorry, too many names in a short amount of time." I grinned. She didn't respond so I tried to think of something to say. "Soooo, what kind of things do you like?" she just shrugged... Not a very talkative person...

I looked over as I saw someone else come to sit down.

~Hikari

I ran into the store, grabbed the nearest shirt, and went to the changing room and slammed and locked the door. I leaned agents the wall and sighed with relief. I'm glad they had agreed to come here after I kept saying I wanted to go to Hollister... Like I would actually shop here, but there weren't many people here, it was dark, loud music, it was a good hiding place..

Pulling my phone out, I checked the time. It seemed like it had been a long time when we hadn't even been here for a hour... I turned around and looked at myself in the mirror and quick fixed my outfit.

I didn't like dressing like this, but it helped me blend in a little better... But than again, I was indoors sooo... I removed my hat and moved my sunglasses to my head.... It was kind of hot too... I slipped my jacket off and looked at myself.

Bitting my lip, I moved my sunglasses back and put the coat back on... I thought about putting the hat back on, but decided not to, it wasn't going to rain or something... At least I hope it wouldn't rain in a building...

Continue?

:'D Sorry for letting this place die! I hope people post! And that this is fine with you, Tut-Chan~ Anyone can continue and talk to Kazu or try and torment Bastion with your female OC *shot* Oh yeah, in Bastion's post all the "thems" and "they" pretty much referring to girls XDDD

Bastion: *continues to hide behind the cloths rack*

Hikari: *continues to hide in dressing room*

Kazuko: ....Am I really the only one not hiding? 0w0'

If no one continues this than I'll probably just move to where they get knocked out and end up at the school and let the killing begin >3

Introductions,introductions

~Alice

I looked around at zeh group. Quite an odd bunch. And zhat girl Dinah,ze was really strange. Zuddenly zhat girl from earlier,Torri ztepped in the middle of zeh whole group and pointed to me.

"That's frenchie!" Zhe zaid, quite loudly. I felt my faze burn red. Frenchie!? I dezided to interrupt zher before zhe could do anyzhing more.

"I-I'm not Frenchie,my name is Alice Brenard." I zaid, nervouzly. Zhe group directed there attention to me. Torri laughed.

"Alice or no Alice,yu still Frenchie to me!" I inwardly zighed. Zhere waz no chanze I could argue with zhis girl, that'z for zure.

"I'm X X Mensong X X." I announzed az confidently az I could,putting on a zmall zmile. Zhiz feelz zo unnatural!

"My turn!" Torri zaid, jumping up and down a few timez.

~Torri

Heheh,Frenchie sure is easily embarrassed! I walked over to her and poked her nose.

"You're really tall, taller than me!" I announced before running back to the middle to introduce myself. Her face turn beet red!

"Well,I'm Torri! Torri Onsuna! Nice to meet you all!" I said, with a polite bow,"Neon space sparks Oh one!"

I looked around at the whole group. How strange we were all brought together. I doubt any of us would even look at each other if we hadn't decided to meet up.

"So we all ready!" I asked, not really expecting an answer

Clarissa -

My hand was aching from Fynnilyn's strike. German kid could pack a punch; haha.

It's not like violence made me think of anything in particular.

It really didn't.

I can't wait for you to shut me up and make me hip, like, bad ass.
I can't wait for you to shut me up--Shut. It. Up.

I smiled tightly, because I was Clara Urine, and I was not thinking about my father or what he used to be or who he used to be or, haha, what was I even thinking, I had no father--Father? What even was that? Haha, wow, I sure was silly.

Before that possibility came true...
I took all possibilities from you.
Smiling right from ear to ear...
Conjuring her deepest fears...
'C'mere, you fucking bitch!'

I could hear the sound of a punch landing in the swarm of Avenged Sevenfold playing in my mind; the sound of a struggle matching up to the music, beat for beat.

No, no, Clara. Shush. Don't be a fag, Clara.

I let out a deep breath I hadn't been holding, because I was fine.

I was Jimmy Urine.

I was King.

I was fine.

I laughed, "Right-o, then! I'm Clara Urine, Ay-Kay-Ay, Em-Esse-Eye-underscore-Pee-Tee-Vee-three-two-four." I grinned wider, walking over to a nervous looking girl in the crowd. She was dressed oddly, and looked ready to piss her pants at the drop of a hat--probably that enormous sun hat she was wearing? Perfect target. I slung an arm around her bony shoulders, "Hey, scaredy-cat! Hikari, right? Yeah, yeah, I know, babydoll. I love it when you call, but you never call at all." t told her seriously, looking her in the eyes. "So, what's the complication? It's only conversation. I love it when you call. But you never call at all." I stopped sadly, shaking my head and releasing her suddenly.

I caught sight of the boy with headphones rolling his eyes, and grinned. Unimpressed, it seemed.

I liked that.

It was so much better than blind agreement.

I raised my hands in mock surrender, "I confess, I confess to a rumor or less."

I bowed widely, shooting glances at Fynn-diddlie-do-gooder to let him know I was making fun of him. "Right-o. I'm done. Next!" I called out excitedly.

I loved people.

I tried to just make them jerks in general.

As Always I'm Late

~Hikari (irakih_evol)

Funny story. I showed up around a hour early, and yet I'm still late? Why, you might ask? I've been hiding in the bathroom, that's why... I really should leave, it's probably filthy in here...

Again, I brushed my coat off and sighed as I slowly retched for the handle before taking a steep back. Was that someone? I could have sworn I heard someone!!! I took a steep back and looked around. Someone HAS to be in here!

*ten minutes later*

I knew someone was in here....

*five minutes later*

......

*two minutes later*

Okay, maybe they silently got out of the door... I let out a breath and sighed. Maybe I should just text one of them and tell them I couldn't make it... But.... I had already canceled on so many meet ups, I didn't want to miss another one! But... Why... WHY, did they pick a mall to meet up! The most crowed place on earth! So many people here... So far away from home... Home... I missed it already with the pink walls and the flowery mirror with the Doubt Logo sticker on it.

I bit my lip. I was going to do it... I took a deep breath before unlocking the stall and sprinting out of the bathroom. It felt like as I entered the outside world, all eyes were on me. I thought I heard people snicker, and I swear I saw people point. I closed my eyes, hoping people would just get out of the way.

~Bastion (That_Kid09)

I kept staring at the two girls who had showed up. Well of course, Bastion you idiot, there ARE females in this world.... The two new people introduced them selves and everyone seemed to awkwardly stay silent until...

"LOOK OUT KID!" I blinked as that... That girl pointed behind me. I glanced over my shoulder to see someone running at me. I started to scream before it hit me. We both landed on the floor and the wind was knocked out of me.

"S-sorry!" That voice... It was way too high... To be... Male... "GAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!" that seemed to make her scream too as we both tried to stand up, but we both kept tripping on her long coat. I heard Kazuko laugh and pull me to my feet.

"What the hell is wrong with you, Bassy?" Bassy? "Are zu guyz okay?" I looked up as two more girls approached and looked worried. I resisted screaming again, instead I just scurried behind Kazuko. He laughed. "Yeah, everything's fine." he tipped his head, "In fact..." He pointed at one of the girls, "NeonSparks dash O one?"

She tipped her head to the side and nodded before smiling, "So you're the guys we're meeting up with!" He laughed, "Guess so." I looked around him before quickly hiding again.

Neon girl looked around, "Soooo.... Just three more than?" "Just one more." I jumped as a voice came from behind me. I looked at two older guys. The one with the headphones around his neck held up his phone. In the corner it read ran_music....

~Kazuko (Mentire_Libellula)

I inwardly sighed. I knew some of em would be younger than me, but damn, I was probably the oldest here. I looked at Christopher. He especially looked younger than me. I glanced at the girl who kept glancing around. She pulled her sun hat down and adjusted her sun glasses.

I turned back towards her since for a minute, she seemed to have been forgotten. "Are you okay?" she looked up and opened her mouth, but nothing came out. Instead, she quickly dug in her purse and pulled out a small rabbit charm. "It broke..." she said in almost a whisper. I blinked. So that was all of us?

"Well," I stopped for a minute before shoving the guy behind me in front of me. He tried to run away and hind behind me again, but I put him in a head lock and tried to smile. "So ats all of us, eh?" everyone nodded. "So, we should get going. But before, that, how about a quick introduction?"

I glanced down at the little kiddy who was still trying to escape. "Why don't cha go first?" he looked up at me before looking back at them. "U-umm.... Bastion... That dash Kid O 9... Next..." he said quickly. The girl went after him. She seemed to have calmed down a little, "Hikari... Nice to meet you all." she smiled and took her sun glasses off and played with them in her hands. "I'm irakih_evol." It was.... Interesting to see how she pronounced it. "Err... Or I guess 'love hikari' if you spelled it out backwards..."

I nodded and decided to quickly introduce myself. I let go of Bastion, and smiled, "Mentire_Libellula, but call me Kazuko or Kazu." I finished up and waited for the others.

Doodle-E-Doo

Clarissa (italics means song quote, almost every time!)-

I pushed my way through the crowd expectantly, keeping my face calm. I was right on time, having skipped school for the momentous occasion.

It was Friday, anyway--who cared?

Well, where do we go?
(You will not know, you cannot know.)
So, where do we go?
(Where do we go?)
When you have to fight just to be alone?

I lost sight of the notion of walking calmly in a crowd when I reached the guitar solo of the song, and began exaggerating every step with a pronounced bounce and head-banging to the beat, making unconvincing, whiny guitar noises.

It was getting desperate. I felt my every nerve twitching, my voice rising. My throat was aching for use.

I couldn't do this.

I needed to sing along.

"SO, WHERE DO WE GOOO--

"WHERE DO WE GOO-OOOOOHH;

"YOU CANNOT KNOW, YOU WILL NOT KNOWWWW!

"OH, WHERE DO WE GOOOOOOOOOOOOH

"WHERE DO WE GO-HOOOOOHHH

"WHEN YOU HAVE TO FIGHT JUST TO BE ALONE;

"BEWNEWNEWNEWNEEEWWW, NEWNEWNEWNEWNEWWW, BEWNEWNEW, BEWNEWNEW--BADADADADA!" I exploded, my voice a high, annoying falsetto, singing every other not off-key and seven octaves too high, the gibberish noises being my cheap imitation of an electric guitar and drumbeat.

It wasn't that I couldn't sing--oh, on the contrary!--I could sing quite well. I just hated to. It lost feeling when you were boring like that.

I sighed, complete at last, the entirety of the mall looking my way now. I gave them an exaggerated, confident smirk, bowing and winking to the ones who continued looking at me, scorn obvious in their judgmental eyes.

Stupid humans. Didn't know bullocks about real enjoyment.
I glanced at my cellphone clock. My display of joy had taken about ten minutes off my time, hereby deeming me a 'late-for-an-important-date party-pooper.'

Eh.

Whatever.
It doesn't matter.
Oh, well.
We're goin' at it tonight, tonight! there's a part on the rooftop, top-of-the-world!

I caught sight of a boy in a thick, black hoodie, my age, surely, running directly into, another, rather stern-looking man--in his twenties, I'd say.

As the boy took a stare down, I took a moment to see their cellphone charms.

There were my people.

I put on another smirk, walking casually toward them as the older man began to laugh and struck up a conversation as the kid, begrudgingly awkward.

I tried to look distracted as I purposely bumped into the boy. He let out a startled noise and jumped back, looking ready to apologize, but I kept moving forward, coming close to bumping into him again. This time he sidestepped, and now I changed directions, running into him for a second time.

He now looked exasperated, as if he was near snapping.

"What do you want?" He managed out, looking me over, as though he was trying to decide whether to punch me or let it go.

I greeted him with a comically exaggerated frown, furrowing my eyebrows and inching closer to him--I was a good bit taller than him--and looking down angrily.

I beat my chest with a fist hand, landing over my heart as I stepped back, getting onto one knee as I began, "And I, eee-IIIIIIIIIII have always loved YOU-OUUU!" He seemed taken aback by my blasted, overly-feminine voice, and it's large contrast to my lank, indifferent body. I cursed silently. Looks like I'd almost had him fooled, Jimmy; someday, you might just have to deal with me stealing your thunder.

'Cos I am the maggot's muscle,
Magnet's missal,
Your mother's piss holelolwhut:
Magnifishit.
Master of it all.
Oh, yeah.

...Or, the stranger may have been shocked I'd chosen now to proclaim my undying love for him.

Eh. Who knew?

I jumped up, taking advantage of his current shock and snaking an arm around his waist with one arm, grabbing his hand with the other and twirling him around joyously, as though we were practiced Salsa Dancers, performing publicly as some sort of planned stunt.

We even elicited some applause as he shot me glances of 'let me go' and 'I don't want to be doing this'.

I finished our less-than-consensual dance by dipping him down towards the floor dramatically, and whipping him back up quickly enough to give him whiplash. I then released him, turning to the other man, grinning.

"So!" I started, extending a hand, which he shook immediately, as though my act had been completely average, "Who're you, emo kid? A good bit of black, I see that you're wearing." I smirked, leaning back on my heels, "No, no, lemme guess! You are...Wonderland Detective? No? Sorry, you seem like the ostentatious book-reference guy. Hm...That Kid oh-nine seems far too vague for you...You look like the dramatic type! You're derp-Lounger-must-starvin-oh-one or something, amiright?" I looked at him expectantly, eyebrows raised.

A different voice entirely answered before he could.

"Vhat ahre you saying, you useless, androgynous tvit? Der Lünger muss sterben, zero-one, I'm sure you meant." A snarling voice strung out on undiluted ego replied to me quaintly.

I recognized the voice.

And I nearly squealed with excitement.

I whirled around on my heels, throwing up my hands excitedly, "Hey, Fish-Boy!" Where is your engagement ring? Did it mean anything? Does a boy with a ring? Or will you bounce, bounce, bounce around?

The tall, thin boy regarded me with the utmost contempt, "Hello, Stupid." He mimicked my greeting with his pompous spin on the matter. He was dressed in a surprisingly modern manner compared to the suits he usually wore--a well-fitting blue shirt and black, thin slacks. His shoes were still boring and style-less--leather, pointy-toed! Was he gay or European?--but I liked it. His hair was atrocious still, as it had been yesterday: a bowl cut! Ugh! I'd offered to spike it, but never had he been interested. He glared at my once-over, looking ready to punch me in the face.

I didn't care.

I ran over, draping myself over his shoulders and pressing a hand on his chest emotionally, "Fynnie, doll face, how ya been? Shouldn't you be in school, angry eyes?" He was the senior to my freshman rank, the straw to my berry, the smoke to my high; we had gone to the same school since I'd began my high school career. He'd immediately found his favorite enemy, and I'd discovered my most hated friend.

"Eat rocks, you vile sing." I smirked at his inability to pronounce "th". He stepped easily out of my vice-grip. I let him go, knowing well I'd have plenty of time for badgering later, "I fear I'm not interested in men." he scoffed, "Had I known you vere coming, I'd 'ave never come at all."

I grinned, a strange pride swelling in my chest at the mention of my self-imposed androgyny, "Yeah? Well, that's not so bad, 'cos I just can't date a dude with a vag. Such a shame! And, before you get into a pity-party stupor about your own arrival, take a moment to say as many 'W' words as you can, babe, it's hilarious."

He looked at me like I'd sodomized his mother and had the nerve to brag to him about it.

But, Sunshine,
There ain't a thing that you can do that's gonna ruin my night.

"Izzat a 'no', Mister Lünger?" I pouted, but then gave him a grin, "Fair enough, baby-doll, I'll get back to you on that." I turned back to the forgotten older man and his companion, who was looking at me as if I was the boogey man, "Anyway, back to my conversation with you two beautiful women!" I winked at them, "People are strange when you're a stranger--what are your names?"

"Kazuko." The elder of the two flashed his phone at me, where I could make out the words 'Mentire_Libellula'. This time he extended his hand.

"Clara Urine, MSI, PTV three-two-four--nice meetin' ya, Kazu-zu." I replied, shaking it enthusiastically. I turned to my beloved dance partner, "Hello, I love you, won't you tell me your name?" I bowed to him.

He was looking rather terrified, which I found odd. Fynnie was way scarier than I was. Hell, Kazu-coco-bean was scarier looking, too! But the kid looked like he'd choose them over me in'na heartbeat. It was 'cos I'm black, I assured myself, confidently being the whitest kid in the room. He started to stammer, "Th-That Kid...uhm...o-oh nine..." and then, even quieter, if you can imagine, "...My name is Bastion..."

I started at him for a good, long minute, making him squirm...

"Right-O!" I exclaimed out-of-the-blue, ruffling Bassy's hair. "Good seein' ya, Kid!"

I grinned, getting onto my tip-toes and looking around, "So, are any girls gonna show, or is this a sausage-fest?"

"Hermaphrodites shouldn't use such foul language, Marsh." Fynn-i-ly-do-da's voice cut through the silence and I smiled at the slur.

"Prudes shouldn't have scrotum enough to notice, sweetheart." I winked as he scowled in utter disgust.

"Yust be glad I 'ave better sings to be doing san arguing vith some confused shild." He crossed his arms looking out to the crowd, his lame, dark hair rustling as people pushed past him. "Regardless, sere are some females." He quipped shortly.

And, sure enough, along came an adorable girl with shimmering brown hair--couldn't be three years my elder, probably less, accompanied by an older girl, in her early twenties, I'd guess, with hair equally brown as the last girl, but a wee bit shorter.

I couldn't stand the utter politeness of their arrival, so I gave out a short wolf whistle, winking mischievously, but pointing at Fynnie-dear when the younger one gave us a harsh look.

This was gonna be good.
