I know, I know, I've been more than dead for almost a month now! XO Truth is, like I mentioned in my other post, I've been extremely lazy and kind of slacking off from my online social life XD Filling up my days with making bases and sorting out files...I think I deleted over 300 images this last 2 weeks! I really need to clean up.
Anyway, today I went to see two plays with my classmates. You see, there's this theater festival thing going on, and it's in Spanish - meaning all plays are in Spanish, even though the actors are from Russia, the Czech Republic or even Spain. Well, today we watched a play from actors from Bulgaria and one from the Czech Republic.
I admit the first one was pretty good and had me laughing at times (it was about circus-gypsies touring the world), but the second was plain weird. It was about a few grown-up women who regretted having grown up and wanted to be kids again. One thing that I found intriguing was one scene where each of them stood down on chairs, in the dark, holding flashlights close to their faces; every time one of them spoke, she'd light a flashlight for a brief moment - kind of like a camera panning in on them. The rest was...strange, to say the least. I know the meaning was too deep for me to grasp at that moment because I had just seen a funny play and wanted to laugh some more! But yeah, gotta appreciate the effort that went into making it ._.
There were also 4 Spanish kids in front of us who ate through all the plays >.< I was hungry and they had chips and Coke! Worst of all was that they rustled the bags of chips a lot and were laughing and talking - they kinda reminded me of Romanians -_- Another weird thing was the fact that after the plays ended many of the actors (who are high school students) were smoking outside, with the teachers! I mean, come on! As far as I know, smoking below 18 is illegal.
Lys! I haven't forgotten about those Clannad avatars :D Here are they! I'll make more if I have the chance, but these days I've only had enough inspiration to mindlessly cut bases out of images XD I know the last 2 suck, but I kinda like the first one <3
Gah! I have so many on my mind right now T_T 2 Informatics exams, 3 term papers, one Maths test, one History test and the CAE exam! *dies* Gotta start doing serious business and get to work. I've also noticed I'm a real cheapskate with comments, both on AP and here ._. Sorry~! *bows* I should also update the IW World soon too, those nominations are piling up... Hello, dear friends ^_^ Wow, another late update! I know many of you don't update that often, must be school, right? I don't really know how you guys have spring break structured, but I'll only have a week off for Easter, and then no more until summer *sigh* Darn, those gradeschoolers don't appreciate what they've got! And complain a lot about having 4-5 classes a day! Guess they don't know how it feels to have 6-7 >_<
Errm... *coughcough* I'm still sick, and I did a stupid thing today too - I ate some ice cream. It wasn't my fault, I saw someone else eat some and a classmate tempted me to do it too because she got one too! Anyway, I'm not feeling the effects yet, but I'm sure I'll have a sore throat in the morning. But I don't regret anything >:3
Ah, the England-Scotland-Ireland exhibition is finally up <3 You know I promised to show pics when it was up, so here they are, with additional explanations for each! They're kinda small because PB resized them. I took them this Saturday, when I went to the CAE exam courses; I couldn't take more because there were a few people staring at me and I felt weird >_>"
- Dublin - now I see this one isn't that clear >_<" The dimensions are approximately 250 x 90 cm. You also get a glimpse of the classroom the Spanish classes take place in!
- One side with smaller pictures - I didn't actually have any part in this, the panoramas were my specialty :D
- The other side with smaller pictures - Again, I had no part in making these.
- London + Loch Ness - the panorama above has over 7 meters! I couldn't even get a full shot of it! Anyway, below is one from Loch Ness (which was used because I advised them to pick it ^^)
- A lot! - Part 2 of the London panorama on the upper right, Inverness in the lower right, King's College in the lower left and Windsor in the upper left. I hope I'll get to take better shots of these tomorrow, they're awesome!
- Stonehenge, Holyrood House, Walter Scott Tower - I didn't work on the Holyrood House one, but I did on the other two. I like the way Stonehenge turned out.
Overall, I find them quite nice :) How about you? I do hope I'll get to take better pictures tomorrow, the hallway wasn't lit on Saturday so I had to use the blitz.
I also went for a walk in one of the parks near my house today and last Friday and took a lot of pictures; I might have some up on DeviantART soon and I'll be sure to post them here too 
And a small to-do list in case someone's wondering what I'm doing :D
- Finish a few Clannad avatars for Lys <3
- Do a wallpaper for Lys' Naturally Beautiful Challenge (go check it out!)
- Finish extracting all the soon-to-be PNGs on my list. I went on a major PC spring cleaning and "threw away" a lot of scans and wallpapers, and left some scans for future icon bases and PNGs. Expect some from Air, Aria, Clannad, Code Geass etc.
- Vector and wall this screenshot >> progress
- Pimp my desktop with some cute new icons <3
- Request some new categories.
And Lys, I really am sorry but I didn't get to make any avatars 
I made some PNGs and bases instead though!
Gah, this sure is a long post @_@ But it isn't that long though, it's mostly images anyway ^^" OK, now I gotta go continue my summary of Don Quixote -I'm already at chapter 10 out of...70+? XDD Wish me luck! *hugs* Hope you have a great day, everyone, thank you very much for visiting! <3
