Mine turned out to be some kinked cable that they replaced. So if yours keeps doing it, perhaps you have a similar problem. Hopefully it went away though.

Ive been having the same problem recently.

Hopefully it was fixed. I hate dealing with Comcast. They're such a pain.

I ran a virus scan a little while ago. I understand what you mean though! I'm very protective of my computer, so I run a scan at least once a day.

You should still run a spyware scan. Just because it stopped happening for now doesn't mean your PC isn't infected. And if it is infected and you just leave it, it's likely to get worse and harder to fix later. Trust me, you want to take care of this sort of thing as soon as possible, before Windows gets so screwed up that you have to completely reformat and reinstall.

I definitely sympathize with computer problems. Hope things get sorted out for you soon!

Internet is being a pain, eh? Good luck with that. Don't take too long or others might take advantage and drive the O into chaos. XD

Ooh, the internet sometimes goes out here on my university's campus, too. It's so annoying! Especially when you're trying to do research for a paper that's due the next day. Hope it gets fixed!
