So about a month ago I was directed by a close friend to a website that had a free download of [URL=http://sai.detstwo.com/sai/]SAI. Curious I downloaded it and fell in love. The lineart is so crisp! I went to town taking out my artistic constipation on the thing and making a ton of sketches. I saved them as .sai so I could finish them on another date. Well, I went to SAI today and got a message. "Trial period expired. If you want to use SAI continuously, please buy the software lisence for SAI."

I should have known it was too good to be free. -sobs- There goes a nice stack of sketches I'll never again be able to work with. I have no money to buy the license. Sucks much more than some of them were for commissions.

And now I learn I could have saved them as .psd -shoots self-

-Sighs- I guess this is more incentive for me to get a paypal account and start earning REAL money on commissions. I heard I can get one without having a bank account, they'll just take a percentage of the money I make and send me a check when I want my cash. Sounds fine to me I guess. SAI license, I WILL BUY YOU, one way or another!
