I have so much to say that I couldn't think of a title for this Journal. I'm babysitting my little brother and sister right now, and they're pretty easy to take care of unless our cable or Internet goes out. XD Therefore, I have quite a bit of free time until my father gets home to make a Journal, play "Mirror's Edge", practice bass guitar, and other stuff that will make me waste my life away. :P

I didn't tell anyone that I was trying to learn how to play bass guitar, now did I? Well, I am. First it was acoustic guitar, which I will learn eventually, but I found that cliche amongst my peers. Seriously, everyone who plays an instrument and isn't in band plays electric or acoustic guitar. I only know one other person that likes to play bass guitar. It's kinda' annoying how people just seem to dis bass. I play bass guitar in my brother's "Rock Band 2" game on hard mode. It's pretty easy if you know what you're doing. XD As for singing, I play that on expert because it's just plain easy if you're born with a singing voice... <_<

A newsflash on being vegetarian, it's pretty easy to do if you know what happens to most animals. It makes me a little sick whenever I watch those Peta videos, but watching those videos is the equivalent of my father watching political debates-I like to know what's going on in the world... Now I'm not encouraging anyone to go veg or watch Peta, I just wanted to tell you about so much of the animal cruelty that goes into making your hamburgers and meat products. I'll stop now, but I'm more than willing to debate this with whoever that wishes it. Because I like arguing. XP

I went to Lexington just the past weekend to see my family on my stepmother's, father's, and mother's sides. It was fun except for when I got into a couple of arguments with my stepmother. She was being paranoid because my mother was supposed to pick my brother and me up from our great grandmother's house the next day, though my stepmother wouldn't be there to make sure we were safely in my mother's car. I told her a thousand times that I gave my mother the address and directions, not to mention that my mother was BORN AND RAISED in Lexington so she should know more than anyone else where my great grandmother lives. But no, she had to make a big deal out of it, ask me a thousand more times if she knew where my great grandmother's house is, and just nag, nag, nag me about it. Ugh! I'm just SICK and TIRED of being underestimated!!

On a lighter subject, my father and stepmother got my siblings and me a fourteen inch flat screen television set with a surround sound entertainment center and an XBOX 360 with seven different games for Christmas. It isn't just mine, or my little brother's, big brother's, or little sister's... It's everyone's. We're still spoiled to no end. XP We're rebuilding the downstairs into basically another house. My big brother and I already have our own rooms, and there are already walls just about everywhere there needs to be. I'm proud of myself because I helped sand and paint the walls. ^^ Now that just about everything is done, the only reason I go down there is to sleep and play "Mirror's Edge". XD The upstairs is pretty retro now, what with a television set that has it's red contrast up way too much and can't possibly be fixed due to it's old age and a defective surround sound system that my brother, father, and I put up years ago, probably when we first moved into my house. I like it! ^^

I watched most of "The Dark Knight" last night, but it was about 11:00 P.M. when I started watching it so you can say I fell asleep on the couch before the end of it. XD It's a pretty good movie so far, I think I'll watch the rest of it tonight or tomorrow. It works really well with the surround sound. <_< I found it hard to sleep because my cat YD likes to move around a lot when she's sleeping with someone. I mean, it's not like I don't move around enough by myself! XD Anywho, I got clawed a lot because YD found it entertaining when she decided to claw me while rubbing her scent all over my clothes. Well guess what, YD! My wounds will heal and my clothes will go through the washer and dryer! Who's got the last laugh now?! >XD By the way, a cat's yawn is probably the cutest thing you'll ever experience. o_O

You may or may not already know that I got a tablet for Christmas this year. I was enthralled to have it that I brought it to Lexington with me. Yeah, I left my pen there and my aunt brought it into her car. She's leaving for Florida tomorrow so my mother has to get my pen back before then or I'm doomed. ><

Scoring

We're doing this Holt Online Essay Scoring thing for advanced language arts because we're learning how to make a good essay. Well, it's not working out too well for me. I viewed a perfect six essay, took notes on it, and revised my five essay to make it match the six essay a little bit better. In other words, I modified my five essay using the notes I took on the six essay. I was near perfect, so I thought that if I used the six essay's advice, I'd get a perfect six on my essay as well. Ahaha, WRONG!! Instead, my score dropped. TO A FOUR!!! I think that's a bad thing but someone else may disagree (tch, yeah right).

Pens

I know that three of you already know, but I'm kinda' excited about it. I know I don't deserve them, but I bought two new pens for drawing two days ago. The two that I'm currently using are running out of ink and I've had them since sixth grade (two years/grades ago). I don't think I deserve to have them because I don't draw as much as I want to. I know there's at least one person out there that wishes they knew where I live because he or she wants to eat me due to the fact that I still only have two pages on my manga In Their Eyes. What can I say? I'm lazy. ^^; That and despite how much I was really wanting to draw and create more pages for my manga, I had to help my father with rebuilding the basement. It's pretty much a responsibility for me to help my father remake the basement because I live in it. Don't get me wrong, I love living in my father's and stepmother's basement because next to the creaking floors (or ceilings for me) when people walk by, the constant screaming of my little brother and sister, and the playing of an electric guitar in the room next to mine, it's pretty silent in there. I can sometimes read there, a better time being in the middle of the night. It's 12:48 A.M. by the way. I have school tomorrow but I'm not tired. I'll probably end up instantly falling to sleep once I shut my laptop down and actually lay down in my bed. I still have a little bit of math homework to do, though. Four questions was all she gave us but I suck at math and this lesson seems just the slightest bit hard for me if not really hard. Ah, better get on it while I still have that little bit of time. >_>

Crazy?

We have this Teen Screen thing going about in my school right now. To be blunt, it's to check whether you need to be put up on some crazy pills or not (that's what I think of it, at least). I took the test today and after the computer survey and talking to one of the administrators for Teen Screen about my "problems" she said she was gonna' contact my parents about my results. I think I gave her the wrong house phone number (I'm one of those people who can never remember her home number) and she's aware of that so she said that if I give her my address then she'll hunt down the number for that address and contact my parents there (or something like that, I wasn't really paying any attention). So I guess that means I'm insane then. Yep, crazy as my pet bird Spazz. *stares at Spazz* :|
