I'm doing okay, both better and bad. Better, because I was able to spend some time with my greatest friend, and we had fun! Bad, because it seems that the terms of her moving to California in December are still uncertain. She may go just until March, or until her first year of high school. It will be hard without her, even for a day! I have already lost one friend to Florida, and it already seems the world is moving away from me, and I am stuck in one dull spot, without a friend to hold: Columbus, freakin' Georgia....
And besides all that, well, I found myself hating school more lately because of all the work we seem to be getting on what we already know. And of course how we get it all at once. Other than my lessening time for the fun stuff, well, I'm doing decently.
I guess you could say that I fight back tears a lot these days, but I'm happy to have some reason to smile. I love my friends. I miss them. (the only two besties I have are moving!)

The black window holds the memories,
That have yet to come or go.
It holds the time,
And universe,
Moving fast, or still and slow.
The black window looks beyond the outside,
And reflects the in.
The black window is bright with light,
Waiting to be let in
And will not break or bend.
The black window is a portal to all that's ever known.
If we break that window,
The white one will be shown.
The white window holds the memories that have since come and gone.
It holds the black window's secrets,
And in love, it intertwines.
It hold the time and universe,
Moving still and slow.
The white window reflects beyond the outside,
To unleash the in.

I need you in November,
And all months ever seen.
