Welcome to the Fox's Den, the personal blog of the artist, snow fox.

I've been around here with theOtaku since before it was even an anime website, and officially on myOtaku since 2003-08-01, occasionally contributing to the network in a (humble, yet) high-profile way. The new Version Vibrant Spikey is my creation, for instance. Please feel free to ask me any questions about Art of Otaku as well, as I was one of the contributing co-authors of that publication.

Hope you enjoy your stay, thanks for visiting!

Repetition...?

Another sunset, from the balcony. I really don't get tired of shooting the city from the balcony... and the light is different every day; I wish it stayed lighter later, though. This scene might have been taken at only 4:30 pm.

Soak up the Sun

Bird sunning itself at Bondi... I don't know what kind of bird it is.

Evolution

As I mentioned before, Sunday was the Environment Day Festival at Bondi Beach. I saw an insect talk there, and got to touch a lot of giant insects, like this rather large stick bug...

It's the female of the species. Apparently, this bug can give birth to offspring without the help of the male of the species. However, it will only give birth to males with the help of the male. The 50-something-year-old woman I was sitting next to when the bug host told us that turned to me and said something along the lines of "Wow, isn't that advanced/progressive?" Sorry, boys. It must make the interactions in the gene pool limited, though.

Bondi Beach Evening

Last Sunday I went to Bondi Beach for the Environment Day Festival/The Bakery gig. I think it was also the first time I saw the light start to fade in Bondi. Very nice. I think I may be going to Melbourne sometime in June! My friends and I are vaguely planning a trip... should be outstanding.

Other Side

The pictures go on and on! This is still from the Photo Society night shooting trip from last Friday. Yay, more Opera House! At least this on is taken from the other side of the Oprea House... heh, variety. More to come!
