Song is very good, I like it.
I once tried to write songs and make music, but I sucked at it (I don't say it for your song ), and I gave up, now I have nothing. So don't let the one disappointment or fail to stop you, keep trying and one day you'll success.
Thanks... *is still embarrassed* Part of it is my confidence is almost nonexistent, and I feel like if I show people what I come up with, they'll either say "This is stupid! Heh heh HORF!" or "Would you quit showing us this stuff? We're tired of it!"
It's weird; I wanna keep songwriting, but I don't see where it would be worth it. I decided to pursue a degree in graphic design/art, as well as study for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (my current crazy dream is to work as an animator/illustrator in Japan), so I figure songwriting is like my normal writing: I do it because I want to get my ideas down on paper, but I don't ever actually do anything with it. At one point I wanted to be a writer, but since I can never finish a story... *insert toilet flush here*
I do, actually. That's why I wish I played more instruments, so I could actually record them so other people could know what's in my head. "Crash Course in Individuality" is kinda peppy, to cheer up people that are sad from being compared to others. I have no idea what "Runnin' Round and Round" is supposed to be... I guess a goodbye song, going off how it was inspired by a story I'm working on.
Edit: I guess 'peppy' and 'a goodbye song' aren't really styles... *derpness*

Don't be so hard on yourself! You were very brave to show these. "Crash Course in Individuality" is a great title, too.
I encourage you to develop your songs further. From experience, I can tell you that once you've written a lot of songs, the best ones will shine through. Believe me, I've written a lot of junk. Sometimes you need a second opinion to tell the junk from the gems, so if you want to continue songwriting, share them with someone you trust.
I have some questions, now. Do you hear the music in your head when you write the songs? What style of music are these intended to be?
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
