I did draw actually. OTL Whenever I feel anxious I like to draw those poses off Posemaniacs.com... I did it for about one or two hours one night. Making the lines is relaxing... I don't know, and maybe it's good anatomy practice too?

Almost none of my friends are on good terms with their dads. It's so strange. :/ No offense or anything lol. The whole concept is beyond me, I guess. I try to imagine how I'd be getting along with my dad nowadays, but it's always kind of fuzzy. He died when I was nine, and I didn't really know him that well, y'know, as a person.

But I think that if you want to draw, then you should just draw. :] There doesn't have to be a point, it can just be for your own personal amusement. It's not like you have to show it to anybody. Hell, it doesn't even have to be anything. I have pages in my sketchbook that are literally nothing but scribbles. Give it a try, maybe you'll feel better. Cheer up, little rainbow, K? *hugs* :]

Thanks for being concerned about me. Yeah, I'm okay now, I just had to spend a couple of years in a mental institution and several years after that in therapy.LOL, JK. The truth is that I did get some counseling which helped me alot. I also got into this cool bible based church that helped me forgive him. Forgiveness was the key to letting go of my hurts from the past.

I can relate to the horrible dad syndrome. My dad is a drunk who used to beat me up with a belt every chance he got. I was kept home from school a lot so that the teachers wouldn't see my bruises and report him to CPS. Since you are so talented and creativity instead of letting all that rage about your dad block your creativity, let it inspire your creativity instead. Do something creative with all that anger. I would like to make a request if you ever feel up to it, Like this father figure being burned at the stake. LOL

It's hard to explain but that's the sort of way i imagine you speaking as i am reading...hoo hoo hoo. Do you sometimes give people voices to make the story more interesting? I think you should tell your dad that you do not feel comfortable around him and you dont want to go. If you are too afraid to confront your father about this i suggest telling your mom how you feel. I think she would really understand how you feel if you are honest with her. And yes, the bible may say to honor your mother and father but I do not think you are being disrespectful. If he is abusing you mentally it is best to stay away from that kind of enviroment. You wouldnt hang out with a gang member, would you? But you would respect him as a human being. Does this make sense? Yes, you should be greatful that you even have a father in your life, but you dont have to suck up to him. My dad was a dick so i stopped following him and trying to force him to love me for who i am. I do not think that is a sin, because it was not i who left. It was him who forced me to leave. God doesnt want you to be abused mariel. And he deffinately does not want you in a vunerable situation with your father peer pressuring you to be something that you arent. This will pass in time. Tell your mom and your sister how you feel. Just give it a shot. It's better to take a chance then not to try. Like my mom says...not trying is the same as giving up.

I haven't had the motivation to draw anything either (must be the weather...Cold, rainy, leaves over everything).
