One comment: Doesn't 80 seem low? There are 260 anime listed overall. 80 anime is barely more than 30 percent. That doesn't sound obsessive to me! So without seeing anything listed, I won't consider myself obsessive unless I get to, say, 160.

Thoughts: Much more skewed toward (relatively) older anime than expected! I'm guessing this is an old list that has hopped around the Internet for a while. Anyway, even holding myself to counting only series I have completed, I almost got to the 80 mark the OP believed to be a marker of obsession. But this somewhat small number tells me something I already knew: I am sorely lacking in many older anime! This is, of course, something I strive to correct whenever I can. The old and the new are cool!
