I haven't read the original comic yet, but I own the DVD of V for Vendetta, and it is a pretty good movie. I'd really like to read the comic someday, I've heard it's good. (But then again, it's Alan Moore, I think that's kind of a given...)
I do enjoy the V For Vendetta film. Despite the bit of shipping between V and Evey, I liked how they made Evey a much stronger character than she was in the graphic novel. I also liked Stephen Fry's version of Gordon rather than how he was in the original story.
I only wish they had somehow kept the original ending with Evey taking V's place after his death, but the film's ending isn't bad either.
And Hugo Weaving as V = EPIC WIN
