Good news and Bad news

like the title says I've good news and bad news

the good news is that, thanks to Artgrrl, I've got wacom bamboo tablet with a photoshop element!!!!! uh huh, uh huh, uh huh, uh huh, uh huh, uh huh, uh huh,....

but the bad news is...I don't know how it works...and how to use it.....and don't know how to change the file type.....help anyone? please

Like the title says...I need professional's help...that mean all of you
you know that I'm still knew in this kind of thing and the place I'm in don't have updated amine or manga and drawing tools.

I need to know this things about fandom, like....

1) what is a computer tablet, what it does, and where can i normally get them?
2) what are the tools or stationary of an animator, concept artist, or average but professional artist/drawer?
3) where can i learn how to draw both on and off internet?
4) how to do the wallpapers, cards, fanart, fan comic, etc. like you all?
5) what's kawaii, baka, and others?
6) what software should I have for animation, fandom drawing, and such?

ok that's all I have, please help me!!!!
