Friday ~ 1,000 views

SeLf CoNtrOl has reached 1,000 views (1,021 to be exact). Whoo! ~ Yay!~ Thanks for actually paying attention/talking to me guys, it means a lot and gives me something to look forward to ~ The views on this world have passed the ones on Anime/Manga4life (which I made long before this) but I guess that's because I haven't actually posted there in a while.

The ideas have finally started to flow again. I'm slowly getting over my writer's block and some ideas are forming in my head. (Thanks for the suggestions Sena; listening to music is what really helped). I think one of the challenging parts is putting a hard to solve scenario in the story to make it exciting and then trying to figure out how the characters will solve it, but at the same time it's kinda fun.

Guess this is a short post, because I don't have that much to say right now. Hope you all are doing good. (^ ^)

Spring Break

Spring Break started today for me. \(^o^)/ yay!
I was supposed to have no homework, but thanks to all the stupid snow we had a few weeks ago my history class is behind and we need to read a whole chapter over break. Plus I have an AP exam to start studying for (also history). I'm so worried. It sounds like the hardest test I'll ever take. I'll just have to do my best.
I want to work on my story ideas over break. I wasn't very productive today, basically watched
YouTube videos all day.
But that's just because it's been a while since I didn't have to do some work everyday (that history chapter won't take up my whole break) plus it's my birthday tomorrow so I think it's fine if I relax.
My parents are bent on this idea of me having a big sweet sixteen, which I apparently can't have unless I invite friends over, but whoops!-- I have no friends (-_-#).
Too bad for them; they honestly care more about it than I do.
At this point I wish they'd be quiet about my introvertedness since repeatedly telling me how boring and potentially dangerous my life will be without companions, OBVIOUSLY. IS NOT. HELPING! ~ my goodness! ~
Sorry, had to release my annoyance for a second.

Anyways...
I had originally planned to do this one big story with the characters I have introduced, but now I'm thinking I should do some smaller stories first with the same characters. I'm thinking it'll be good practice and I already have an idea. But I want to work out the details first and write it down so when I post it here it'll be the finished thing. It'll probably take a while, so I have no idea when I'll actually post it, but I'll do a profile for Lainey on Tuesday.

Story Ideas

I wonder how long I'll be on the topic of stories in this world. wowIgotzerofeedbackonmylaststorysoeithernoonelikeditornoonecares Friday I'll probably talk about these self control methods I saw somewhere.

Anyways....
I used to write a lot of short stories when I was small. But even when I stopped I always had these different stories and characters in my head; I just never wrote them down. Over winter break I was gonna start a new one but I couldn't decide between these two that I've been thinking about for a while:
1. A girl lives in the early 1900s or late 1800s and has a very tragic life but she's still very cheerful somehow. Then she gets murdered. But before she goes to the afterlife or whatever happens after death, she defies all logic and goes back to the world of the living to find the happiness she never had in her life. When she returns she ends up in the 21st century. She lives with a woman and her younger brother whose parents died recently. The girl turns both of their lives around and helps pull the boy out of his depression while learning new things about the world herself.

2. (This one is less developed) A guy has special powers (kinda like the Deviants in the story I shared) and he lives in a nation with people that are like him. They don't really interact with normal people. The "deviant" nation (I'll just call them that for now) decides they want to take over the "normal" nation. So they experiment on this guy and find a way to turn him into a normal person. They then send him to secretly infiltrate a private place in the normal nation. He becomes frustrated with his new body and tries to turn himself back. While some of his abilities are enhanced, he fails and by now the normal people are aware of the plot and chaos breaks out.

I'm not sure which story I like better but both of them still need some work.
