Whatever Happen To Myotaku? V.2
I can tell you right away that I am not the most popular person, nor I am the person who has the best art around. I may not even be a long time member such as ElvesAteMyRamen, or LordSesshomaru. But I can tell you right away that I have stayed long enough to know when something is wrong.
We all have our stories about how we first came to TheOtaku and Myotaku. We all have some attached to both TheOtaku and Myotaku. We all have a reason why we stayed here for so long. We all know Myspace, Blogger, and many other sites, and we all know how TheO and Myo were different. TheO was like another anime fan site, it wasn't just another place to post your art, no it was a place where we can show our creativity with other people who had similar interests. What's more was we didn't need to go anywhere else to get our anime news, nope the moment we came to TheO we had our news right there! But this was only half of it. Myo was completly different from all blogs, we had just about everything to keep us sastified. We could vent, chat, and just simply say "Hi", just like any blog site, but the difference between Myo and the others was it's members. We always had someone to reply, someone to ask for advice. It wasn't like a Myspace where you have to be the most popular person to have someone to comment on your blog, it was far from it.
With this being said, you may have a picture of what I am about to say. If you haven't, I go straight to the point. TheO VV, is nothing what anyone expected. Good and Bad. Sure we all love how clean and neat it looks, but something is missing. If you have guessed Myotaku, you're 100% right!
Myotaku wasn't just a compainion to TheOtaku, but they were beyond a team. Without Myotaku, TheOtaku would never fullfill it's full potential, nor would Myotaku be any better off without TheOtaku. They need each other, as simple as that. Many people say that this is why we have WORLDs, but it's not the same!
WORLD is exactly what we need to stay away from, it's a step backward from where we were with Myotaku. Only one Youtube Video? Just a simple change of background? How is this any better off than another blog site? In Myotaku we could custimize our sites any way we wanted! TheOtaku, are you willing to go so far back? No, not just a step back, but leaving the people who build you up behind you?
Don't understand my last sentence? Let me clarify by asking you this simple question. How could Adam bring TheOtaku and Myotaku to life in the first place? The answer is a plain NO! Adam was simply the creator, nothing more. The very members feeling left behind are the ones who brought the sites to life!
Why can't Adam simply find a way to upgrade Myotaku? Sure, it will take time, we can wait! Just don't seperate them! We all know that Adam's first thought was to delete Myotaku, and we are glad that he didn't, but that is as far as it goes. What we have left is nothing but the left overs that will soon become a memory if nothing is done!
So many members have left, not wanting to take any other minute with this betrayel! We all know I am exagerating, but what words can describe when the very Creator leaves behind the people who brought his creation to life? There are no words to fully describe this.

"I'm not sure if we're being ditched or what, but it kind of seems that way. We still have that pathetic comment box on MO...no PM system there, etc. I understand Adam not wanting to go through the trouble of totally revamping MO after doing all this work on theO, but still...those little things could be fixed. Many people that defend VV use the excuse, "You guys should stop whining. At least he kept MO. Any other sane web designer would completely delete MO." Sure, he was GOING to get rid of it...but he didn't for our sakes, those that loved MO and didn't want to miss those memories. :( I give him that...but still..."

This is the V.2 of the rough draft I posted before, I only hope to receive more comments on this matter. If so, I wish to hear everyone's side of this matter. So far I only received comments wanting Myo And TheO, therefore I wish to hear more oppisite views on it.
Is it just me, or all Myo members feeling a bit ditched?
I admit this right off, I am not a long time member. I am not a popular member such as ElvesAteMyRamen or Lordsesshomaru, but I have stayed long enough to know that separating TheO and Myo isn't just a mistake, but rather a costly wager.
Tell me everyone, who were the people who first joined the Theo? Haven't guessed it yet? Fine I tell you, it's the very people who first joined MyO. They are the people who stayed in both Myo and TheO. The people who brought TheO to life! How could Adam, the very creator of this site, bring TheO to life by himself? Simple, he couldn't! He needed us, the members, the people who help build this site. Without us, how could this site flourish? Never could have reached to it's full potential by itself.
Why do I tell you this you wonder, it's simple because I want you to know that there are those who fell left out, ditched, discarded, abandon, or whatever you wish to call it! You may say I am simply exaggerating, but how else should I feel when I see my precious Myotaku is left alone, out of date, and the very worst being a simple memory. Yes, this is simply my own point of view when it comes to the memory, but tell me how long will Myo last when it's parter TheO has moved on?
WORLD is exactly what we need to stay away from, for it will mean we will be another Myspace, Blogger, or any other blog site you've heard of. We want to be unique! Be able to use HTML freely, to create our own world, not a simple change of background. Myo provided us our own world, because unlike Myspace who you better be widely known to have your blog ever read, Myo members actually read our posts. Gave advices, shared laughs, and we make connections.
Tell me Adam, are you really willing to let go not only Myotaku, but the very members that stayed with you for so long? Why not take the time to update Myo? It's not just because we have connections to Myo, but rather the WORLD is a step back compared to how Myo made showing yourself to others so easy.
This isn't a complaint, but just a voice out of many members who find themselves betrayed, or simply left out of the fun. We want our Myo, and what is left of it isn't it. We want Myo and Theo to reunite, for it isn't TheOtaku without Myotaku.
