ive lost all respect i had for naruto -.-
in latin countries we all grew watching dbz so every1 luvs that series..i always defended naruto from dbz fans attacking it but now im 1 of the attackers cuz now it sucks
where the story is going atm eww i felt like pucking every1 dies then they come wtf is that at least they could have tried using the dragon balls O.o

at the beggining of naruto supposedly they were only 2 living people with sharingan well i could tolerate 1 more person(madara) but now danzou has a sharingan aswell wtf!!! kill me plz!!!

Anyway, I was thinking that this post shouldn't really belong in this site... but I can't take it anymore either! D8< I've been having similar frustrations about Naruto these days. The direction of both the anime and manga is utterly disappointing. Seriously, I can't help but agree to every single word you say because those were my thoughts exactly.
Kishimoto-sensei's certainly been making the story painfully draggy by creating uneccesary suspense (and the anime magnifies this effect ten-fold). To make it relevant, both Naruto AND Sasuke are hijacking the entire series, leaving the other major characters relatively non-existent! They've been god-modded to such unrealistic proportions that everyone else in the supposedly powerful village of Konoha are nothing but sitting ducks >_> Sasuke's atom sharingan can do just about anything!
Naruto was still quite incompetent at the start of Shippuuden, but after training with a couple of frogs for a couple of days, he suddenly became... what, the most powerful ninja of Konoha? =/ Utter bullshit I'd say.
Kishimoto-sensei had better stop his mindless massacre of awesome characters or he'll start losing his fanbase really quickly >=( Among all others, Shizune died in about one second, at the very first strike. How does THAT sound to you?
I decided on a whim to watch one of the more recent naruto eps from japan where they were fighting the immortal akatsuki team, the animation made me sick to watch, the backgrounds were just the sadist thing ever and the characters looked too over polished, how they made kakuzu's hearts move was shameful...but i like the manga still, just wish it would hurry up.
Man, I'm completely disappointed in the loss of the big K, too. Lame way to go, plus after both him AND Jiraya, there's barely any cool characters to balance out the status quo of stupidity the series suffers from. Basically Pein and Shikamaru are all I'm interested in seeing anymore, and it's a bad sign when you're rooting for the bad guy.
I know Sasuke's going to continue breathing just because Kishi still hasn't realized everyone hates him yet, but I'd accept Tsunade as a worthy sacrifice to keep the lameness in check.
