Realization of the Heart

((...-///-))

Yumichika was out on his morning walk when he heard yelling coming from on top of a roof. He saw the shadow of Ikkaku and Korosu. He looked up and was about to call out to them, but realized they were in a bad argument.

“You know what, Ikkaku?! I HATE YOU!!” Korosu threw an empty bottle of Sake at Ikkaku’s head then jumped off the roof and ran away.

Ikkaku jumped off the roof, rubbing his head. “Yeah?? Well I hate you, too, Korosu!!” He called after her. He sighed then saw Yumichika standing there, watching. “Yumichika… How much of that did you hear?”

Yumichika shook his head. “I only heard the end, Ikkaku.” Yumichika kept walking, leaving Ikkaku on his own. Ikkaku held his chest. “What is this sharp pain…?” Ikkaku asked himself.

Korosu kept running and ran into Kenpachi. “Ah… Captain. Sorry for bumping into you.” She bowed.

Kenpachi scoffed. “Whatever, kid.” He looked at Korosu and noticed her spiritual pressure was off balance. “Somethin’ the matter, Korosu?”

Korosu looked up in surprise. She looked away from Kenpachi. “Nothing… Nothing is wrong.” She walked past Kenpachi then ran away again.

The next morning came and Yumichika knocked on Korosu’s door. She slowly walked to the door and slid it open, and saw a concerned Yumichika. “Yumichika… What’s the matter?” She rubbed her eyes.

“Have you seen Ikkaku anywhere, Koro-chan??” Yumichika asked?

Korosu blinked. “No… I haven’t seen him since yesterday…”

Yumichika looked sad. “No one has… And no one knows where he went. Will you please help us look for him?”

Korosu’s eyes widened. “Ikkaku disappeared? …It’s my fault that he disappeared.. Leave his search to me, Yumichika.” Before Yumichika could say anything else, Korosu slid the door close and went to get changed.

A few minutes later, Korosu rushed out and went to find Kenpachi. “Captain Zaraki!” She called out when she found him.

Yachiru, who was hanging on to Kenpachi’s back, looked back and waved to Korosu. “Hiya Su-su chan!!” Kenpachi turned around. “What is it, Korosu?”

Korosu stopped and bowed. “Captain. I ask for permission to travel to the human world.”

Kenpachi looked down on her. “Your reason?”

Korosu looked up. “Sir… I have a feeling that Ikkaku went to the human world without permission. And… I would like to bring him back.”

Kenpachi stared at Korosu for awhile then grinned. “Alright. You have permission to go to the human world.” He summoned a hell butterfly then opened the seikaimon.

Korosu bowed one last time then ran through the seikaimon. Once she was out, she headed straight to Urahara’s shop.

“Urahara!” Korosu yelled, slamming the door open. Jinta looked up from moving boxes.

“Urahara isn’t here. Come back later.” Jinta said, picking up a box.

Korosu walked up to Jinta. “Where is he?” She asked, glaring at him.

Jinta looked away. “How should I know? He usually disappears without saying anything.”

Korosu grabbed Jinta by the shirt collar and picked him up, making him drop the box. “I need my Gigai now, kid. Now go get Tessai to get it for me.”

Jinta tried struggling away from Korosu when someone’s voice came from behind. “I’d appreciate it if you didn’t harass my workers, Miss Tamashi.” Korosu looked behind her and saw Kisuke walking back into the shop. She dropped Jinta and he ran to the back.

“Urahara. I need my Gigai.” Korosu said.

Kisuke waved his hand and walked behind the counter. “Tessai!” He called to the back. “Bring up Miss Tamashi’s Gigai, please.” He turned back to Korosu and smiled. “So what brings you here?”

Korosu looked away. “I was… Sent here on a mission. To make sure the arrancar aren’t being troublesome here.” She lied.

Kisuke chuckled. “Alright. I’ll go with that.” Tessai came up front and sat Korosu’s Gigai in a chair. Korosu nodded to him. “Thank you, Tessai.”

She looked at her gigai. “It’s still in the school uniform. Saves me the trouble of changing.”

After Korosu left the Urahara’s shop, she headed straight for Ichigo’s house. She passed Orihime who called out after her. Korosu stopped and waited for Orihime to catch up to her.

“Hey Korosu-chan! It’s been awhile.” Orihime smiled.

Korosu weakly smiled. “Orihime…It’s good to see you again.”

Orihime looked at Korosu and blinked. “Something wrong, Koro-chan?”

Korosu folded her arms across her chest. “N-no. Of course not.”

Orihime stared at Korosu and smiled. “I got it! You’re in love with someone! That’s why you came back, right?”

Korosu looked away and blushed. “That’s n-not it either, Orihime.” She quickly ran past Orihime so she wouldn’t be asked anymore questions.

Korosu arrived at Ichigo’s house and knocked on his door. Yuzu opened the door and smiled. “Oh, hello. Are you a friend of Ichigo’s?”

Ichigo came down the stairs. “Who is it, Yuzu?” He saw Korosu at the door then tried to slam the door shut.

Korosu stopped the door with her hand then kicked it back open, pushing Ichigo back. “Where is Ikkaku, Ichigo?” Korosu asked, glaring at him.

“Um… Up in my room. Why?” Ichigo told her. Korosu ran up the stairs and busted into Ichigo’s room.

“Ikkaku!”

Ikkaku was sitting on the window sill and looked up at when Korosu burst into Ichigo’s room with a tired look. “Koro…”

He was cut off by Korosu running over to him and hugging him, burying her face in his chest. “I’m so glad I found you…” Korosu choked on the words, trying hard not to cry.

Ikkaku wrapped his arms around Korosu. “Korosu… I’m sorry.”

“No… I’m sorry.” Korosu sobbed. “I never meant to say those things. I don’t hate you. The truth is… I… I love you, Ikkaku.” Korosu looked up at Ikkaku with tears in her eyes.

Ikkaku smiled softly and wiped away one of Korosu’s tears. “I know. I love you, too, Korosu.” He bent down and kissed Korosu.

Ichigo returned to his room and cleared his throat. “Can you move this somewhere else, you two? Like… Back in the soul society??”

Korosu look at Ichigo, embarrassed that he saw that. She walked up to him and glared at him. “Tell anyone you saw that and I promise I will come back here just to kick your sorry strawberry ass.”

Ichigo stood in his doorway speechless and Korosu walked to the window and jumped out. Ikkaku chuckled and jumped out after her.

Once Ikkaku and Korosu returned to the Soul Society, Korosu stopped and looked over her shoulder at Ikkaku. “Whatever happened in Karakura town… It never happened. Got it?”

Ikkaku laughed and quickly kissed Korosu on the cheek. He laughed as Korosu blushed to a deep red. As he walked away, he called back. “Yeah yeah yeah, I’ll try not to let it slip. But I’m not making any promises if Yumichika asks.” Ikkaku started running as Korosu yelled at him and started chasing him. “DAMN IT, IKKAKU!! I TOLD YOU NOTHING HAPPENED!!!!!”

((*is afraid of what everyone's comments are gonna be*))

Happy Birthday, Yumichika!

Korosu woke up late in the morning. She rubbed her eyes and looked at her calender. "What the..." The thing that caught her attention was the circled day, which happened to be that day. "Huh, so it's pretty-boys birthday?" Korosu smirked. "Looks like me and Ikkaku got some work to do, then."

After getting dressed, Korosu walked over to Ikkaku's room. "Yo Ikkaku! Get your lazy ass up. We need to get ready for something." She waited a few moments, then the door to Ikkaku's room slid open.

"What the hell, Korosu? What do we need to get ready for?" Ikkaku yawned.

Korosu scoffed. "Did you already forget? It's Yumichika's birthday." she folded her arms across her chest. "I don't think pretty-boy will be too happy if he finds out you forgot."

Ikkaku stared at Korosu in surprise, then quickly slid the door close again. A few moments passed before he came out, fully dressed.

Korosu grinned. "Wow, that was fast. Now c'mon. We need to get a surprise party set up for Yumichika." she started walking towards the empty squad 11 meeting area.

Ikkaku easily kept pace with Korosu. "So do you have any idea of how to set up the surprise?"

"Nope." Korosu said bluntly. Ikkaku sighed, as if he knew she was going to say that.

They finally reached the meeting area, and in the middle was a pile of party decorations. "I found them in the human world. Those humans sure do have interesting things to celebrate stuff."

Korosu pointed to the left side. "You work on that side. I'll work on this side. So then we can spilt the work evenly." Even though she said that, she had no intention of doing a lot of work. She grabbed the banner that said "happy birthday!" on it. "Where should we put this, Ikkaku?"

Ikkaku looked over his shoulder at Korosu, picking up a few decorations. "How the hell should I know?"

Korosu grimaced and threw the banner at Ikkaku's head. "What did you do that for?!" He yelled at her.

Korosu walked over to Ikkaku and kicked him in the side, making him fall. "DECORATE THE PLACE YOURSELF!" Ikkaku stared at Korosu, not knowing what just happened, or what he did.

"What the..?? What makes you say that all of a sudden? I didn't do anything!" He argued, getting back up. Just then, Yachiru rode in on her scooter.

She skidded to a stop. "Hiya Cueball! Hiya Su-su!" She waved crazily, obviously in a more hyper mood than ever. Korosu and Ikkaku both twitched at the same time. They both hated their nicknames. Yachiru hopped off her scooter and onto Ikkaku's shoulder, ready to bite his head. "Whatchya two up to?" she asked with a smile.

"We're setting up a surprise party for Yumichika, Yachiru-san." Korosu said.

Yachiru blinked. "Sounds like fun! I'll go get Kenny to help us!" She laughed and jumped back onto her scooter, and sped off before Korosu or Ikkaku could stop her.

They sighed in unison, Yachiru could be such a pain. They went back to decorating when their Captian arrived with Yachiru on his back.

"I hear you two are setting up a party? Who for?" Kenpachi asked.

"Yumichika, sir." Ikkaku said. "Today is his birthday."

Kenpachi grinned. "Yumichika's birthday, huh? This should be interesting." He motioned to his zanpakuto, hoping that he could get Yumichika in a birthday brawl.

"Captain," Korosu started. "Do you think maybe we could go just one day without fighting?"

Kenpachi frowned. "Well where's the fun in that?"

Korosu tried to think of something to say, but couldn't think of anything. So she shrugged. "If you want to fight, who's stoppin' ya?" she said with a slight grin.

An hour or so later, the decorating was finished. Korosu wiped her forehead and smiled. "Alright. Now time for someone to get the birthday boy." She implied that to be 'Ikkaku, go get Yumichika'.

When Ikkaku didn't move, Korosu looked at him. "Well?" She said.

"What? When did I become the fetcher??" Ikkaku said.

"Just get him." Korosu said.

Ikkaku sighed. "Fine." He walked off, mumbling.

A few moments passed when Ikkaku returned with Yumichika. The area was empty except for the decorations. "What's going on here, Ikkaku?" Yumichika asked.

Korosu and Yachiru jumped out of their hiding spot. "Happy Birthday Yumichika!" Yachiru yelled HAPPY BIRTHDAY YUN-YUN!!! instead.

Kenpachi walked up behind Yumichika and patted him on the shoulder. "Happy birthday, Kid." He grinned.

Yumichika started to get teary-eyed. "You made this beautiful party for me? I'm touched." He said, brushing his hair back with his hand.

Korosu smiled and walked up to Yumichika. "Happy Birthday, pal."

Yumichika smiled. "Thank you. Was this your idea, Koro-chan?"

Korosu nodded. "It sure was. Now lets get this party started off with some sake!"

They all cheered and Kenpachi chuckled.

Happy Birthday, Yumichika

Memories... (The Final Good-bye of Jenny)

((This hurt me to write, it really did. But... I couldnt let Jenny just disappear like that without any goodbyes. So... I guess this kinda has something to do with the bleach RP. No worries, nothing bad. Just some final good-byes from Jenny... She'll never truely die cuz she'll always be apart of me...))

The ghost of Jenny, former fraccion to Yammy, drifted through the halls of Las Noches. She passed her old room and sighed.

“I doubt that anyone other than Kelsey misses me… I was a disappointment… I should’ve tried harder.” She said to herself.

Jenny kept drifting and stopped at her master’s chambers. She floated through the door and looked around. She saw Yammy sitting on a chair taking a nap.

“I wonder if he could see me if he were awake…?” She wondered. Jenny remembered the times she was called down there. She even remembered her punishment. “Ah… I can still feel the pain from that. But… I deserved it.”

Jenny hung her head and began to leave. Before she exited the room, she looked back at Yammy. “I hope I made you proud at least once while I was alive. I’m sorry if I turned out to be a disappointment… Good-bye Yammy-sama. Thanks for some fun times.” She looked for a sign to see if her master heard her final good-bye. When she saw nothing, she turned and left.

Yammy awoke for a few moments and looked around his room. “…Jenny? No… It couldn’t have been. I must’ve been dreaming it.” he shook his head.

Jenny was halfway down a hall when she saw Kelsey running her way. “Kelsey…” Jenny smiled softly when she saw her best friend.

Kelsey slowed to a stop when she heard something. “Huh? Jenny…?” Kelsey looked straight at the area where Jenny was standing, but couldn’t see anyone.

“Kelsey, my best friend. I’m sorry for leaving you alone like this. You were my partner in crime, my right-hand man. I’m gonna miss ya.” Jenny smiled sadly as she said her final good-bye to Kelsey.

Kelsey blinked. “Am I starting to hear things? I could’ve sworn I just heard Jenny… OH! I’m gonna be late!” Kelsey took one last look at the place where Jenny was and ran off.

Jenny sighed and kept drifting. She drifted passed Szayel’s lab, the room where Aizen sits upon his throne, and past the training hall.

Jenny passed Ulquiorra and Kita training together. She remembered the training Ulquiorra helped her with, and all the help she got from Kita.

“Thanks for the help, you two. But… I’m sorry that it turned out to be all for nothing…” Jenny whispered.

Kita and Ulquiorra paused for a moment when they thought they heard a familiar voice.

“Was that…” Ulquiorra began.

“I believe it was, Ulquiorra. But how?” Kita said.

Jenny said her final good-bye, even though she could not be heard, and drifted off again.

Jenny reached the entrance to Las Noches and looked outside. Before she left forever, she took one last look at her old home.

“Good-bye my friends… It was fun getting to know you.” Jenny said. She closed her eye and disappeared into the night.

Summer Sound

((*blushes like crazy* ...I was bored last night and decided to write this. I wasn't sure if i was gonna post it, but Luna insisted that I did. -/////- I hope everyone likes it...))

Jen was taking a walk through the park on a sunny afternoon. She walked around and listened to the many varieties of music being played on the streets. She passed an area where only the sound of a lone violin caught her attention. She looked around but saw no one in the streets playing a violin alone.

Jen decided to follow the music. She walked and listened as the violin grew louder and louder, until finally she found where the soft melody was coming from. She peeked around the corner and saw Ikuto playing his violin.

Jen blushed and didn’t know if she should go say hello or just secretly listen to Ikuto play. She figured out her answer when Ikuto noticed her hiding. He smiled and stopped playing.

“Hey Jen-chan. Nice seeing you here today.” Ikuto said as Jen walked up to him.

Jen blushed and smiled. “Yeah! I’m surprised to see you here, Ikuto. How come you aren’t playing out there with everyone else?” She asked.

“Because I don’t like playing around other people.” Ikuto said.

“You won’t even play for me?” Jen teased.

Ikuto smirked. “Would you like me to play a song for you, Jen-chan?”

Jen blushed and smiled. “I’ll sing along if you play something I know. I’ve always wanted to sing while you play your violin, Ikuto.” she blushed more.

Ikuto smiled. “Haha. Alright then.” He prepared himself and began to play his violin again. Jen softly sang along to the music.

They played a few more songs until the sun started to set. Ikuto put his violin away and sat on a nearby bench. He motioned to the space next to him for Jen.

Jen blushed. She walked over and sat down next to Ikuto. She and Ikuto watched the sunset in silence for a few moments.

Finally, the silence was broken. “Do you wanna go to the amusement park?” Ikuto asked, smiled at Jen.

Jen blinked and smiled back. “Heehee. I’d love to!”

Ikuto got up and stretched. “Great! Let’s go!” Ikuto grabbed Jen’s hand and started to walked. He helped her though his cat shortcuts that were difficult for Jen to get through. Finally they reached the entrance of the amusement park.

“Wow. The amusement park is so pretty at night.” Jen said.

They entered the park and started to walk around.

“What would you like to go on first, Jen-chan?” Ikuto asked, looking at Jen.

Jen looked around and thought. She pointed to the large upside down rollercoaster. “I want to go on that rollercoaster first.” She tried to hide her fear.

Ikuto smirked and walked over to Jen. “If you’re afraid of it, we don’t have to go on it. We can go on a regular rollercoaster.”

Jen shook her head. “But I want to go on that one. I know I’ll be safe if I’m on it with you…” she blushed slightly and looked away.

Ikuto smirked. “Alright, then. Lead the way, Jen-chan!”

After a few scary rides and stops at the food stands, they reached the ferris wheel.

“You want to go on that, Jen-chan?” Ikuto asked.

“Sure!” Jen said, leading Ikuto to the line.

They waited for their turn, talking about their summer break and what they’ve been doing, until the were able to get into one of the cars on the ferris wheel.

They climbed in and sat across from each other. “Thanks for a fun day, Ikuto.” Jen said.

Ikuto smiled. “You’re welcome, Jen-chan. I’m glad you had as much fun as I did.”

As the ferris wheel brought their car higher and higher, Jen started to get scared.

Ikuto looked at Jen. “Are you ok, Jen-chan?”

Jen smiled at Ikuto, with a pale face. “Mhmm. I-I’m perfectly fine. Ahahahaha….” She laughed nervously.

Ikuto blinked and smirked. “Are you afraid of heights?”

Jen looked away. “N-no! I just don’t… like being this high up from the ground. That’s all.”

“I can tell you’re lying.”

“I’m n-not lying!”

Ikuto slid over to Jen’s side and hugged her. “If you get afraid, just hold on to me. I’ll protect you.” He looked down at the blushing Jen and smiled.

Jen looked away, but held Ikuto tightly. She WAS afraid, but she wasn’t going to admit it. No out loud, at least.

They reached the end of the ride. Ikuto helped Jen out of the car and they started walking towards the entrance.

“Um… thanks for that, Ikuto. Thanks for everything today.” Jen smiled at Ikuto.

Ikuto smiled back and kissed Jen’s cheek. She blushed brightly and he smirked.

“You know, you’re cute when you blush.” Ikuto said smiling at Jen.

Jen blushed more and looked away. “erm… T-thank you…”

Ikuto laughed as they left the amusement park. He walked Jen back to her house.

“Wanna hang out again tomorrow?” Ikuto asked as Jen headed up her porch stairs.

Jen looked back and smiled. “Sure.”

Ikuto smiled. “Aright. Sound like a plan. I guess I’ll see you tomorrow, Jen-chan.” Ikuto walked off and then disappeared.

Jen smiled to herself. She went into her house and went straight to sleep.

Water Wars: The Battle between Ushio and Jen

((Meh, I got bored last night. plus it was really hot in my room. -3- This kinda cooled me down just thinking of it. xD))

Jen walked out of her nice air conditioned house into the baking hot outdoors. She shielded her eyes from the bright sun above.

"Damn it. Why does Ushio want to hang out today of all days?" Jen let out a sigh and started walking towards their hangout spot. She passed sold out ice cream shops and overpopulated pools.

She finally arrived at the giant field and found Ushio sitting in a tree under the shade.

"Hey Ushio. You said you had something big planned today. What is it?" Jen asked once Ushio saw her.

"Oh~ You'll see. Hehe." Ushio said with a smirk. She jumped down behind the tree.

Jen waited hoping that it wasn't anything that she would need her gun for. A few moments of agonizing heat passed when Jen was hit with a splash of water.

"What the...?!" Jen ran behind the tree to see what Ushio was up to. When she couldn't find Ushio, she found boxes of water balloons and water guns. "Oh... my... god." She said surprised.

Ushio threw a water balloon at Jen from the tree. "I'm not stupid enough to call you out here unless there would be a way for us to get cooled off in this heat. Now, shall we begin our war?" She said with a grin.

Jen smirked and picked up a water balloon. "Hehheh. You betchya." She threw the water balloon at Ushio and hit her off guard.

Ushio jumped out of the tree before she could lose her balance and fall. "Hey! That was a cheap shot!" Ushio said while picking up a water gun.

Jen also picked up a water gun. "That so was not a cheap shot! You were looking straight at me when I threw it! She began to pump her water gun.

"Hah. Whatever. Look, Jen! It's your kitty~" Ushio said while aiming.

"Ha! I'm not falling for that trick." Jen quickly sprayed Ushio at full force.

Ushio failed to block the water with her hand. "Damn! I was sure that was going to work!" Ushio sprayed back.

Jen ducked and dodged Ushio's attack. She picked up a water balloon and threw it at Ushio.

"You're cheating!" Ushio shouted with a laugh.

"Am not!" Jen said while grabbing a box of water balloons.

"Are too!" Ushio replied while throwing continuous water balloons.

Jen let herself get hit. "Look, Ushio! It's your bishie and he wants to play, too~"

Ushio paused. "Lulu?!" She looked behind her in hopes to see her bishie. "Huh? Where is he?"

"Oops. The heat must be playing tricks on me." Jen laughed and pelted Ushio with water balloons.

"Noooooooo!!!!!!" Ushio luaghed and started to spray Jen with her water gun.

After 2 hours of a water war, Ushio and Jen were sitting in a tree soaking wet.

"Haha. That was fun! Where did you get all of those water balloons and guns?" Jen asked Ushio.

"Oh~ You know~" Ushio said with a snicker. "Ahahaha. Nah, since everyone was too busy staying inside or swimming in their pools, all the stores weren't selling any water balloons or guns at all. So I bought all of them that I could afford!"

"Haha. That was a good idea, Ushio. We should do it again on another hot day like this." Jen said.

"Heehee. Yeah! Let's invite our bishies, too. I'm sure you would love to see Ikuto in a wet T-shirt~ or better yet... SHIRTLESS!!!" Ushio burst out laughing and was then shot by Jen.

Jen blushed and put away her guns. "I'm not going to say anything to that."

"Ahahaha. Well, we should probably be getting home. We're out of water balloons and I'm starting to get hot again. See you tomorrow, Jen!" Ushio smiled and jumped out of the tree. She waved and headed back towards her home.

Jen jumped down and headed home after a long day of a long Water War. "Heh. Little does Ushio know, that was just the end of a battle."

-To be Continued?!-
