Hey, hey! Rishi has an announcement-y thing!
Rishi has recently finished an eight-chaptered fanfiction on Chiizu! It is called Repentance. Rishi will type it up (eventually), so Rishi just wanted to refresh everyone's memory of Rishi's oldest OC!
(Oh, by the way, Rishi lied again...Rishi said that Keiko was Rishi's oldest OC. Rishi lied again. Chiizu is most definaltlly Rishi's oldest OC, and always will be.)
AKATSUKI REPORT
CHIIZU
Chiizu is a young, ten year old girl as of the time of the death of the Third Hokage. She was rescued by the Akatsuki member Itachi from starvation in a small, snowy village hidden in the mist three to four years prior to this time. Apparently, the young girl comes from a clan with a rare and powerfull kekki genkai, and she has one relative who was recently declared deceassed--Haku, along with his master, Zabuza.
Itachi's excuse for bringing Chiizu with him, when he was instructed specificly that no one in that village be left alive, was because of her powerful kekki genkai, which is, at this time, still not obtainable to Chiizu.
As for Chiizu, Chiizu is a kind and loyal girl, unyeilding and soft spoken, with brown hair down to her mid-back and clear, onxy eyes a similar colour to the youngest Uchiha. She has not yet been taken on a mission, but Pein has instructed that if she does not show any signs of power, she will be killed by the time the Akatsuki pursues the Kyuubi container--Naruto Uzumaki, who will be pursued within the next month.
Chiizu's fate is unknown at this time.

When Rishi said Chiizu was her oldest OC, Rishi lied. Rishi's sorry. Keiko is Rishi's oldest OC.
So...about Keiko. Her full name is Keiko Nara, and is Shikamaru's older sister. She doesn't really do anything in the storyl...well, that's (SPOILER FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T READ WHY SHIKAMARU IS LAZY) because she's dead.
Um...enough about that.
Keiko's personality is based off of my own, for two reasons. 1) I wrote it at age 12, in seventh grade, and 2) becauase my little brother, Taku-Taku, reminded me strongly of Shikamaru at the time, so I made an OC to fit everything.
Why Shika is Lazy was pretty popular, now that Rishi thinks about it...

Simply? 'Cause she was abused.
YES, yes, Rishi KNOWS this is cliche to the max, but Hani is different. Because Hani is little in the story, and never really gets over the abuse she suffered.
Hani met Neji one day when she was walking around town. Neji, noticing her cuts and bruses, asked her where she lived. Hani immediatly started to run, yelling that 'Hani is sorry! Hani is sorry! Hani is a good girl!' Neji, being ninja-y, was able to track her down to a house at the edge of town, where Hani entered and encountered an old man--her grandfather, Neji figured--who smacked her.
Upon nightfall, Neji stole Hani from her room. Hani was clutching a small rag doll, whom she called Hana. There's much more to the story, but Rishi's too lazy to write it all--wait for Rishi's fanfiction, Hope. (Name subject to major changes)
Hani is, in one word, adorable. She's a six year old who does not understand the world--her mother, father and older sister all died when Hani was three in a fire, while they tried rescuing her but died in the process, causing her to land in the hands of her grandfather, who blamed her for their deaths.
Hani talks in third person, and normally cries when she thinks she did something wrong.

STORY:
Hime-neechan can be found in Rishi's fanfiction, My Little Brother, which is on TheOtaku.com somewhere...somewhere...
'Neeways! Hime Namikaze is sixteen years old, and Naruto's older sister. Naruto was born when Hime was four, but after the nine-tailed fox was sealed inside of him, their mother, Kushina, feared the Kyuubi inside of Naruto, so she took Hime and fled from the hospital. The Hokage, along with most of the village, thought for Hime and Kushina to be dead. The only one who was aware of Hime and Kushina to be alive was Kakashi. Hime believed that her brother, Naruto, died, along with their father.
When Hime was about eleven, her mother died of fever. It was then that her existance was revealed to the entire village, save for the youngsters at the acadamy. It was then that the Hokage told her that Naruto was alive. Hime, who had already become a chunin, was greatly affected by this and started to dislike her deceased mother, who had lied to her for over seven years.
After the Sasuke retrival arc, Hime had become an ANBU, and was assigned to be Naruto's guard at the hospital, in case the Akatsuki decided to make an apperance.

Hime has always been a quiet individual—she would rather read scrolls then socialize. The reason for this is that she’s afraid of being rejected by people. Especially Naruto. That’s why she hasn’t gone to him yet.
When Hime was younger, she was a playmate to Kiba’s big sister, Hana. (Actual character!) The two were always rivals. But in the academy, Itachi was her rival. She was no match for him. (laugh)
Ever since she was born, Kakashi has been by her side. She sees him as a big brother...that really doesn’t fit Kakashi’s image, but then again...
Hime can’t stand people who hurt others for no reason. This is why she got angry at her mother for abandoning her baby brother.
Hime first heard about Naruto at Kushina’s funeral. She doesn’t understand why the villagers hate Naruto so much. (That’s an older sister for you...)
Hime enjoys sitting out in the fields. She’s a girl who loves silence.
She actually met Shikamaru in the fields once, but she never learned his name. They talked about siblings. (See Why Shikamaru Is Lazy for the reference)
She hasn’t seen him since.
Hime doesn’t like Sasuke for causing her brother so much pain, although she hasn’t met him...sigh...
Hime doesn’t know Sakura, except for the time at the hospital when Sakura mistaked her for Naruto. That doesn’t mean that Hime knows Sakura, though...Right? Is Rishi right? Rishi hopes Rishi is...eesh...
Kakashi taught Hime how to summon dog-nin.
She doesn’t use them in the story, though. That’s a drama for you. (sigh)
