Hello again everyone. Just doing a post to let you all know how I'm doing. Sorry for the rather depressing post from a couple of days ago. I try not to do posts like that, but that day things just really got to me. Anyway, mentally I'm in much better spirits right now. Physically, on the other hand, I'm actually a bit tired. I didn't get to sleep last night until I think around 3:15 AM. It was one of those rare nights where for some reason I just get so wired that I'm pretty much lying wide awake in bed for hours. I think I might've gotten one of those rare migraines where your head doesn't hurt but you pretty much can't get to sleep. I used to get a lot more of those when I was younger.
When I finally did get to sleep, I had one of these weird aquarium-related dreams that I occasionally get. It's not a single dream that repeats, but rather variations on a theme. Basically I'm at this weird sort of rundown aquarium at a zoo, and there's this one tank that has a giant squid in it. It's not like one of those giant squids that live real deep in the ocean and are sometimes hunted by sperm whales, but it is pretty freaking huge. And usually when I'm in one of those dreams I try as hard as possible to avoid going near that tank. This version of the dream involved characters from Kill la Kill, though I don't recall what their exact involvement was since much of the dream was kind of a blur.
And on that note, I'm not at all crazy about that new show on Toonami they got to replace InuYasha the Final Act. I mean I know you can't really judge an anime series from the first episode alone, but I honestly could not bring myself to watch the whole episode. I just wish that they didn't decide to place this series between Kill la Kill and SAO 2. I mean why couldn't have the guys who plan that new lineup just have put it in the same time slot that InuYasha the Final Act was in? Ah well. It is what it is, I guess. Now I have to figure out a new way to kill that half hour.
I think that wraps it up for this post. There was some other stuff I wanted to talk about, but as I said earlier, I'm kind of tired right now. Actually I'm amazed that I was able to write this post as well as another chapter of one of my current fanfics. I wonder what Rin said to make Yugo think of her in a wedding dress? Yeah, I know I have a little obsession with these two characters at the moment. I've actually been trying to develop an AU fanfic of Yugo & Rin for the last couple of weeks. Though when I'll get it done, I can't say. Anyway, see you all next post.
