A Warning to TheO

Hello everyone. I know it's been awhile since I've posted anything here. Those of you reading have probably noticed how there's no music video included with this post. That's because:

A.) I have something a little on the serious side to talk about in this post.

B.) I can't really figure out a good song to go with this post.

C.) I've been finding it hard lately to pick songs to go with posts, so I'm probably going to be doing it less from this point on.

Anyway, I wound up having a pretty frustrating day today, and it all began this morning here on TheO. I had really overslept this morning (I think because I may be fighting a small bug), so when I tried doing my routine check of my email and stuff I wasn't entirely awake. I get onto TheO's main page, and just as I'm about to log in my browser takes me to a whole new page saying that I needed to update my video player. So in my still half-asleep state, I went ahead and had my computer instal this "update", but what I really ended up installing was some nasty adware crap that made it virtually impossible to even check my email.

My dad, who does tech support for a living, didn't get around to fixing my computer until a couple of hours ago. So I was pretty much unable to get online. Now I don't know if it was because of some kind of adware crap that was already on my computer that I didn't know about, but this whole headache began because of some kind of so-called ad on TheO. So if anyone on this site ends up being redirected to a new page saying they need to install a new video player, do not download anything from that page! Just hit the back button on your browser and maybe let one of the admins know about what happened. I'm not sure if there's anything they could do about it, but it might be a good idea to let them know anyway.

So again, I wound up having kind of a crappy day today. Other than today though, things have been going okay for me. A couple of days ago I finished a Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL fanfic that I've been working on for the last few months. I've also started reading a new manga series. You can click the link below to find out more.

Puella Magi Tart Magica: The Legend of "Jeanne d'Arc"

This manga of course is a sort of spinoff to the classic Madoka Magica anime series. If you're a big Madoka fan, this series is definitely worth a look. That's more or less what's been going on with me lately. I'd like to end this post with a picture of my two favorite characters from Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V, Yugo and Rin.

Granted, Rin hasn't appeared in the series beyond a brief flashback and we know very little about her character. But I've already become a fan of this couple.

Until next time, be safe and be careful of what you click.
