Causes Unknown

Ladies and gentlemen, the legendary Genesis.

My day today didn't have the best start. I woke up with a migraine and couldn't really pull myself out of bed. You'd think that this being a holiday that I wouldn't have to. But the archives that I go to four mornings out of the week were open, so I decided to go put in at least a couple of hours. I suppose I could've just called and said I wasn't coming in, but what can I say? I find some of the work I do there kinda fun. Besides, I started to feel better after my four-to-five cups of coffee.

Anyway, I was pretty much over my migraine by noon. So I've spent most of the afternoon finishing up a Sword Art Online one-shot that I started yesterday (I probably would've had it finished yesterday, but I got distracted by a Powerpuff Girls marathon on Cartoon Network). All in all though, it's been a pretty good day. The only weird thing going on is that it's been about two days since I've back from this one person I've been communicating with online. The person in question is another fan fiction writer that I've sort of been helping. For the past few months, I've been hearing from this person on an almost daily basis. So it's a little odd to suddenly go for about two days without a reply.

This isn't anything I'm worried about though. In fact I confess that it's kind of a welcome break. This person has a way of giving a little too much information. But I still find it a little strange when someone I communicate with online suddenly just seems to drop off the face of the earth with no explanation. In fact it kind of irritates me a little bit. This kind of thing has happened to me here on TheO too. Though with TheO, it's usually just a case of suddenly losing a subscriber for no apparent reason. And it's usually someone who I don't really know that well.

That's just the way life goes though, I guess. Anyway, I hope everyone else is having an okay day too. Until next time.

End
