I get really frustrated by FanFiction.Net sometimes, and now is one such time. So I went to log into the site earlier this evening to respond to a PM and maybe find a fic to read. But when I get to the main page, I find that the site has apparently performed some "massive upgrades". While I do like some of these new features they add, these little upgrades also seem to have a negative effect. When this happens now, I usually log in and see if I can still use a lot of the major functions of the site.
At first everything seemed okay. But then I get to the Document Manager and find that the page for editing uploaded documents doesn't load properly. I remember this happened once before when I first joined the site, and I could fix it then by hitting the refresh button a few times. This time it didn't seem to be working though. Of course back then I do remember having to hit refresh several times in order to get it to work, and it could be I gave up to soon. So I'm rather concerned by this development. I mean I'm not going to start really worrying about it until I have something new to upload and edit. So for everyone reading, I have the following two questions.
- Is anyone else with a FanFiction.Net account experiencing a similar issue?
- Does anyone have some suggestions about what to do?
I'm sure I'll figure something out, but any help I can get is welcome. Sorry if it seems like I make too big a deal about the bugs that happen of FanFiction.Net sometimes. It's just that writing has sort of become my passion, and writing Fan Fiction has sort of given my life purpose at the moment. So it gets really irritating to say the least when the site that allows me to fully express my ideas and get them out there experiences issues. Sometimes I don't know if it's a problem on their end or a problem on mine. And if it is a problem on my end, I'm not sure if there's a way for me to fix it.
So again, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks to those who bothered reading this post.

EDIT: I check the site again, and everything seems to be working fine at the moment. I must've logged in while they were still doing matinence. Sorry to bug everyone with my little panic attacks.
