I was worried because I had to cancel my signed contract with an off-campus housing company because the initial payment they asked for was way too high they made no mention of the amount in the previous sections I was already resigned to having to fork over $500 for the cancellation fee, so I emailed them, told them to cancel it and I braced myself for the bill to come...but they waived it!! Yay for not losing money!!
