Prince of Ice
I've been working on this story for about three months now. It's called the "Prince of Ice"; it's pretty good. It's supposed to be a tragic romance, but I added way too much comedy. So it's more funny than sad. Well anyway, here's a little summary about it.
Tyler McDaniel lost his parents to a car crash when he was seven years old. With no other relatives in the United States, Tyler is forced to move to London to live with his aunt and uncle Pennington. There he meets the world famous figure skater, Karren Nichole. Karren becomes his best friend; Tyler becomes her number one fan. He travels with her to all of her completions.
During their Junior year in high school, Karren gets an invitation to try out for The Winter Olympics. She invites Tyler to go with her, but he has to go to a college visit. On the day of the tryouts, Tyler watches it on tv. Karren manages to win the whole thing. Then Tragedy strikes when Karren crashes into a wall and breaks her leg in half. Tyler rushes to the hospital to visit her. The doctor tells him that "she will never be able to skate again". Then Tyler makes her a promise, "I will win that gold metal for you." He only has three weeks to learn how to figure skate and prepare for the Olympics. Can he do it?
That's the basic story line. The beginning is kinda sad, but the ending is so sweet. I hope you like it! ^-^
