Here's some pixel patterns!!~ To download onto Photoshop, go to LAYER > NEW FILL LAYER > PATTERN.... Press OK, click the drop down button, then the button on the right, then click 'Load Patterns...'. These pixel patterns look best when using 'Overlay' or 'Soft Light'.

Topaz Clean is definitely one of my favorite plug-ins for Photoshop. It's a powerful detail smoothing and edge stylization plug-in that creates smooth vectorized effects. Depending on the settings you apply it could make your pictures look softer, improve the quality, and/or add kind of a glowy effect.
