On the Road

AISLING
Aisling was staring out the window as the drove to the school. The only thing she knew about the school was that it was haunted that was it. She had heard there were going to be other paranormal researchers hired to investigate the school and she was a little nervous about meeting them. She fiddled with her trinity pendant and glanced at her friends. "Um mum wants to invite you guys for dinner on Sunday."

"That's nice of her," Emiko said from the drivers seat.

"She's not making harry bacon is she?" Ryuu said and Aisling couldn't help but chuckle. "No she's not. She's making potato soap."

"Oh okay." Ryuu said the relief was obvious in his voice.

As they got closer to there intended distention Aisling could already sense the emotions of spirits. Spirits' emotions were easier to pick up then living people's. Sense they had no physical bodies to tie them down the only things they had were their personality, memories, and emotions. They drove up to the school's parking lot. It was a private school that made you ware uniforms. Aisling looked at the school and thought she saw something in one of the windows. During years of investigation she learned to not quickly assumed something strange to be paranormal, you needed evidence and a number of other people to see the same thing at the same place.

They got out of the van and stood at the front of the school scanning their surroundings.

"Do you sense anything?" Emiko said. "Aisling do you sense something that sticks out at you?"

"Um I do sense the emotions of spirits but they could be in the other Spirit Planes and or sleeping. I don't if they're malevolent or not."

"Alright lets go. Our client wants to meet us in her office."

Aisling, Emiko, and Ryuu went inside the school.
