Fruits Basket

Hi guys, sorry for the wait! I haven't slept at all last Thursday because of our darn English project, so I recovered by staying in my bed for the following two days! So here is my latest subject of analysis: Fruits Basket!
Well, Fruits Basket is an anime series derived from Natsuki Takaya's manga of the same title. It spans 26 episodes, and follows most of the manga's storyline, with a few variations.
The heroine of the series, Tohru Honda, is a newly orphaned girl who decided to live with the Sohma family as their housekeeper. Living on that house were all males, Shigure, Yuki nad later, Kyo Sohma. As their new housemate, Tohru accidentally learned about their secret: they turn into their Chinese zodiac animals(a dog, a rat and a mouse respectively) when they're hugged by a person of their opposite sex! They change back after a some minutes though, or when drenched with warm water, TOTALLY NAKED!(Yeah! Bishie galore*nosebleed*).
Ah, pardon my fan girl reaction, so where are we now? Oh yes, Tohru grew fond of this cursed family and resolved to break the curse, and actually did it!(Only in the manga, guys). This wasn't actually shown in the anime. There, episode 26 ends with Tohru accepting Kyo's vile form, but in the manga, they were last shown as an elderly couple with a grand daughter(hooray for KyoxTohru fans! Sorry for the fans of YukixTohru, but don't worry, Yuki managed to find his own "Tohru" in Machi Kuragi!)
I therefore conclude that Fruits basket is a nice anime for those who love some sweet romance and drama. This anime won't disappoint you in both aspects!
