Alrighty, this one's simple. Just send me your OC/Random Character/whatever! *more details below*

RULES AND REGULATIONS

I. Submissions for Submitting!

Please send me an OC/Random Character/or just about anything you can think of!
I WILL NOT ACCEPT CHARACTERS THAT ALREADY HAVE A MANGA OF THEIR OWN! This means you can't give me a picture of Naruto Uzemaki and get a manga about him. All characters must be original and thought up by YOU! (I WILL however, accept OC's from popular mangas/animes AND I shall accept OC's from other people, provided I have a WRITTEN STATEMENT THAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO USE THIS CHARACTER FOR THE CONTEST!
YOU MUST SEND ME AN ACTUAL DRAWN PICTURE AND A BACKGROUND STORY! If you just send me a story, I cannot put you in the running for the main prizes. You WILL be entered in the running for the Best Story Award. I apologize in advance for any inconveniences.
ALL WORK MUST BE YOUR OWN - Plagerism is NOT TOLERATED.
Please send me, along with your character. A background description. This can be as simple OR complex as you wish (I, personally, prefer long and detailed descriptions over short, 3 sentence ones.) I want to know everything I can about your character so please tell me ALL THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT HIM/HER!

YOU MAY TURN IN ONE TO TWO ENTRIES!!!! PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THE ENTRIES YOU TURN IN WILL BE JUDGED, BUT ONLY ONE OF YOUR ENTRIES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRIZE.

II. Judging Criteria

I will give out different prizes for different things. Those criteria will be posted as each award is generated.
Entries will be judged on a number of things:

Neatness.
Accuracy.
Attention to detail (or, if the picture is simple, then attention to the few details in it).
COLOR: IF YOUR ENTRY IS COLORED I SHALL JUDGE IT ON COLORING JOB. IF IT IS NOT THEN DON'T WORRY ^^.
Background story (I like to read, give me something good ^^).
Originality.

III. Prizes (of course, the most important part!)

GRAND CHAMPION

The Grand Champion beats out the 1st place paticapant.
The GC receives a one-shot manga (I shall decide page number) about their OC.
The GC's manga includes:
Complete short story entirely about their OC.
A full color Cover and Back cover.
The first 3 pages fully colored.
Recognition on cover (a.k.a "Character/Story Design by:______").
2 filler pages, one black and white, one colored.

1ST PLACE

The 1st place winner receives a short, one page comic about their OC.
The comic is fully colored.
The 1st place winner also wins a colored request.
In addition, the first place winner also wins a colored picture of their OC

2nd PLACE

2nd place winner also receives a short, one page comic about their OC.
The comic is in black and white.
2nd place winner also receives a lineart of their character.

3rd PLACE

3rd Place winner receives a lineart of their character
They also receive a card request

SPECIALTY PRIZES NOTE: ANYONE can receive these, even those who have already won other prizes.
Best Chibi award

This award is given to the participant with the kawaii-est chibi, entries for this award are judged on cuteness, quality, and neatness.
The winner of this award receives a chibi request, fully colored.

Best Story Award

This award is given to the participant with the best background story. Entries are judged upon quality of story, creatism, and originality.
The winner of this award is given a card request of their choice.
The winner also recieves a colored picture of their OC ^^.

Best Drawn Award

This award, literally, is what it is. This award is given to the participant with the most eye catching, and well drawn picture.
This entry is judged on which entry that I feel executes clean, neat lines, details, and accuracy of anatomy, facial, and artistic expressions.
The recipient of this award receives a lineart request (a.k.a a coloring page, or something like that! ^^)

NAME: Yameki Tomazu

Bio:
Yameki is currently a younger child, though she has an older brother who lives alone and works for Shonen Jump. Her mom is constantly at school(learning to be a doctor) and her dad is salesman. Basically, Yameki is always alone. Yameki has a special necklace that changes her into a superhero!
Yameki's power is Electricity. Though she loves to eat, she is pretty fit. Fighting crime is a physical activity you know!
Personality: Outgoing, kind, daring
Weakness: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Hates: When people make fun of her family, people saying her family doesn't love her,green vegetables(except lettuce), the color pink

Kakashi Solataire

Kakashi was one of Kuja's prototype black mages, somewhat making him Vivi's brother. However, he grew up in a town of cutthroats and mobsters, like Gotham City (Batman's turf).

One day, he fell into a group of ... odd personages, and was plunged into a rigorous training program owned by A.N.U.B.I.S., the Underworlds' personal secret agency. Soon after, Kakashi proved to be worthy of the rank of ScytheWielder, one of The Grim Reaper's Elite. Unfortunately, his cocky attitude and egocentric manner caused him to go through many on-and-off partnerships. Eventually he is partnered with a woman named Alice Martyr, an Ex-Evangeline, one of Heaven's Elite warriors. (Alice seems to have a connection with Carrol's Wonderland, evident in my world, Oz 2.0.

Kakashi's personality is very snippy, as he often annoys others with his witty comments. He's also a flirt, conversing with any female of any race; vampire, nekomata, demon, etc. The women, later on, start to be attract to him as well.^-^

But he's also got a serious side, too.

Kakashi fights with two guns, Jezebel and Mary Antoinette. (Charged with magicks, of course). He also uses his Scythe when necessary.

If you see a kid....RUN!!!!

Lol. I just got back from the movies with some friends XDXDXD

So, we got there kinda late, so we ended up splitting up, those who wanted to go late into the movie went one way, and me and the others who stayed went to go see another movie....

WE SAW THE UNBORN!! XDXD

I won't give away the details, but it's actually a really good movie!! ^0^ I would reccomend it to anyone who likes scary movies! ^^
