Thus far our header has two WORLDS "promoted" - the Watercooler and the Bootleg News Reporter. In general there are three criteria we look for when promoting WORLDS to this position:
(1) Frequency of updates - The WORLD should be updated about daily
(2) Overall quality - The WORLD must be of a certain level of quality
(3) General interest - The WORLD must be on a topic that most of our audience would find interesting (i.e. no personal or ultra-niche WORLDS)
