Ah, Cat appears to be somewhat of an Anit-Hero at this point, at least assuming he eventually bucks-up, so to speak. Which, it seems he will, to some extent, anyway.

Y'know, I've never really thought about it, but I haven't read nearly enough of your dialogue before. It's so quick-witted and brilliant, especially with these characters that you've figured out so well.
Alright, I'm past the hard part of getting started and now I've got my claws sunk into this one. I'm prepared to read more as they come.
. . . I'm also feeling kinda guilty that I use "kiddo" to a couple people now. Only kinda, though.
