The Gold Wolf #12 5-0 vs. Konkerou
"Konkerou, why didn't you leave you're sword at the house people are staring!" Kagome said. looking at the giant scratch the sword was leaving as he walked.
"Don't worry! No ones gonna care." Konkerou said with a confused look as he looked at Kagome.
"Konkerou you should really put it away." Kagome whispered in Konkerou's ear.
"Kagome, CHILL!" Konkerou shouted "Everythings gonna be fine!"
People whispered and took pictures of the guy with the giant sword with the giant scratch behind him.
"FREEZE!" Konkerou turned around two see two police officers with guns pointed at him.
"Don't you think it's a little warm to freeze?" Konkerou said completely cluless of what was happining.
"Don't be a smartass you!" one of the police officers said angrilly.
"What did I do?" Konkerou said completly cluless.
"In acounts of destruction of public property , carrying a dangerous weapon, and kiddnapping that girl." The offercer said through a bull horn.
"Kidnapping, her? I live with her!" Konkerou shouted. " And what do you have aganst my sword? I didn't hurt anyone!" Konkerou said confused out of his mind.
"It's aganst the law to carry a weapon in public." The other officer said.
"Then why are you carring guns and theretining a citizen of the city." Konkerou said trying to dedend himself.
"Why you! You have 3 seonds to surrender 3... 2... 1... fire!" The officer yelled.
Konkerou grabbed Kagome and jumped into the crowd "Kagome go home your not safe here."
"It's all my fault anyway." he said looking back looking at the cops approching
"I should have listened just go home I'll be fine." He said looking deep into her eyes.
"Fine just promise me you'll be safe." Kagome said.
"Ok." Konkerou said before jumping out of the crowd into the street.
"Hey, police asses! Over here!" Konkerou yelled taking out his sword.
All of a sudden to things shot out of the crowd an electrical current pulsed through it it hit. Konkerou hit the ground figgiting.
Konkerou woke up later in a jail cell orange jump suit and everything.
he reached his head and heard a snapping sound. He looked at his hands police cuffs dangeled from his wrists he looked around bares were on the wall behind him concrete walls around him. A dirty toilet in the corner and a hanging bed stuck to the wall with chains.
"Were the hell am I?" He said rubbing his head.
"Up all ready huh?" He looked through the bars into the black the light flickered on he was in a cell in the chief officer of tokyo stared back at him.
"Wow! Your really creppy huh?"Konkerou said as he walked back up to the bares.
"Your really perky even though your in a jail cell." the officer said smirking.
"Cell? I thought I was in my room after It got a make-over." Konkerou said.
"That was stupid to say." The chief said.
"Why'm I here any way?" he said.
"For many reasons actually."The officer said flipping through a sketch pad.
"Don't start I probably know why."Konkerou said sitting on the bed.
"Oh yah why?" the officer leaned forward.
"You think I kidnapped Kagome, Carrying a weapon, and some other stuff."Konkerou said
Right on the nose." the officer said leaning back.
A few hours past Konkerou still laid down looking at the sealing.
"You know those attacks on the city and all those giant carcasses laying in piceses." Konkerou asked.
"Yah, do you know somthing about it?" the officer asked.
"I caused them not the attacks but the demon bodies I am the one doing it, I am the one protecting this city." Konkerou said
"But now i'm here I can't do it any more I can't protect Kagome or the millions of people in the city I can't protect anyone here." Konkerou sighed blowing one of his longer bangs up and down.
"Yah right you a tiny squirt saving the city." The officer lauged
"I'm 6 feet tall and i'm still getting taller." Konkerou yelled really pisted now.
"Yah prove it." The officer said
Konkerou didn't say a thing but showed the broken handcuffs up.
"Thats not posible! I just got those!" The officer screamed aned tipped out of his chair.
"I'll show you somthing else to!" Konkerou yelled
Konkerou parted his hair to reveal his ears as he did he whipped out his tail He laughed manicly his eyes turning dark he slammed his foot against the bars
*FWWWOOOOOOOM* the cell door flung into the desk and into the wall. He walked to the officer clutching him by the neck.
"Were is my sword!" Konkerou spat breathing heavily
"In there!" The officer choked out pointing to a steel door.
Konkerou flung the officer to the wall as he slashed the lock off he kicked open the door grabbed his sword and his clothes and ran out. Officers shouted, screamed, and shot at him he twisted awat from the bullets and did hell furry back, when the cops tried to tazer him he flung them back. He jumped out of the glass doors and into the streets and ran home.
Konkerou calmed down by then as he opened the door to the house blood stained the no longer orange suit, blood and asfault covered him his eyes light again his hair blocked out his eyes.
"What happened to you!" Kagome gasped as she ran up to him.
"Man Konkerou you look like crap." Hiro remarked as he leaned over the back of the couch.
"Are you ok?" Kagome questioned him again.
"It's nothing." Konkerou replied his voice firm his face still emotionless.
His tail limp and lifeless as it dragged on the ground.
Kagome walked with him trying to pull him back.
Konkerou stopped at his door and opened it.
"Konkerou ple..." She was cut off as the door slammed in her face her hair flew back as it slamed. Konkerou walked to his bed and colasped feet hanging off.
" I'm worried about him." Kagome said her sad as Kagome back into the room Hiro tipped over and fell on his head.
"Ow." Hiro said still up side down on his head feet in his face. He flipped back on the couch as Kagome sat down.
"Yah know Kagome you got a really nice guy there you might wanna make a move before it's to late." Hiro remarked looking at Kagome.There was an awkward silence for a while then Kagome left and went to bed.
"Huh I guess she didn't wanna watch cops." Hiro muttered to his self as he flicked on the tv.
The Gold Wolf #11 through his eyes
Man its been about a few weeks since I ened up here in Tokyo 420 years in the future. There customs are strange but there becoming more part of my life. Sometimes I wonder if I'm just in a comma and dreaming this but how could I be amagining this! It's to real, to amazing to be a dream. I spend most of my time watching the news clooking for demons on a slow dat I usually sit in the window on the second floor of this house. listing to an american band named skillet. there voices have been put through a filter so its japanese instead of whatever launguge they speak. In and under shirt and kimono pants one ear listing to the heavy octane music cranked up all the way, the other ear to the world listing to well, everything.
One thing thats bugging me is things have been still for a while, no demons, no danger, no anything. I'm expecting the worst a giant demon crushing the city or something im not to comftorble just sitting here. I fell like I should do something. my tail is gently brushing the side of the house my ears twitch at every sound that might mean trouble. Man i'm bored.
Kagome, probely the only person that under stands me here. Shes with her friends. I'm at the house with Hiro, Kagome's mom left to go shopping. Hiro is a preteen fox demon he looks a lot like I did when I was young. He's been crashing on the couch for a while. A car pulls into the drive way the smell of fish, raw meat bread and noodles float into my nose. I jump down to the ground below to help. A while later Kagome's home she's having trouble juggleing her bags around I go to her I take some bags out of her arms. I usually help her with stuff like this it's no problem for me.
"Any demons today?" she asks her voice sweet.
"No, none yet. To tell the truth It worry's me I have a feeling something huge is about to appear." I said trying not to sound to worried and pass it on to her.
"Well if something does happen well be ready!" Hiro said as he started to walk with us banging his fists together. We get to her room I try and rap my fluffed up tail around the handle to open it. It works after a few tries.
I lay the bags on Kagomes bed. I walk out happy just to help.
"Hey, Konkerou come here." Kagome said as I was walking to my room.
"Yeah, whats up Kagome?" I said sticking my head in the door way.
"Come here." she said looking through some of the bags.
I walk up to her, looking into some of the bags. Some shirts, pants, a few shinny things.
"Got it." Kagome said pulling some things out of the bag.
"Try'em on." She said handing them to me.
I pull on the biggest thing first a black jacket, a few gold buttons. It's really soft, and comforable. The two other things were gloves black no fingers, little silver studs on the knuckles.
"What yah think they were having a sale and I got a good price on these because i bought them together." She said
"Thanks I really like 'em." I said loking at the jacket looking down the sleeves and looking at most of the back I can.
"Good i'm glad." she said looking back into her bags.
I walk out to my room it was nice of her to think of me. All of a sudden a loud blast came from outside I cranned my head out the window. A large black shape was in a ditch in town I instintivly pull on my kimono I have a felling I'm gonna need it. I bang on Kagome's door she come's out with her bow she look's ready I grab her hand and pull her over my back she starts to load an arrow into her bow.
We skidded to a stop as we entered the construction area. it's just a ditch now but soon it'll be a park. It's a spider, I hate spiders!
Kagome uses my head to steady her bow she shoots the arrow and i lands between the stomach and the head. It turns around and shoots a sticky web I run In front of it shelding Kagome from the shot. I jump up I tuck into a spinning ball my claws out a orange line appears around me i'm like a buzz saw cutting up it's back and the back of its head I can see its spine sorounded by white tissue. The beast shakes barbes of shap hairs fly every where I Cut off its hind legs the babes start falling. I jump up slash the barbes back before they get to close they fly back at the beast. I give a grin as crimson red blood splatters on the brown and baren land scape. The barbed fence is covered green venom oozes out of it's head. Me and Kagome leave just in time for dinner.
I could smell that a mile away.
The Gold Wolf #10 a mychivious fox appears
Hunting demons has become a regular daily routin Konkerou and Kagome would both get up and get ready for there day Kagome would take a shower in the mourning and Konkerou would go down stairs and whatch the news to see if theres any demon activity when they get news of a demon attack they drop what there doing and go slay it most of the time its a minor demon attack theye'd get a few small cuts and knicks. But other times it would be worse they'd get knocked out, or can't move for a while, they'd take care of each other feed them, bandege each other up. There relation ship grew fast and they didn't even know it!
"Hey, Kagome!" "Small fires are appearing out of nowere in front of cars and the entrenses of buildings sounds like a demon!"Konkerou yelled up stairs.
"Just a sec!" Kagome yelled down.
"We need to go NOW!" Konkerou said in front of the bathroom door.
"Just a sec almost done!" Kagome said.
"KAGOME! ETHER YOU COME OUT IN THREE SECONDS OR YOUR SLAYING DEMONS NAKED!"
"OK, fine!" She said.
She came out a couple seconds later dressed and ready.
"Come on you can dry on the way there!" he said grabbing her hand pulling her over his back and running out the door.
"Hey, Konkerou do you know any thing more on the fires?" she asked.
"No not really but the flames arn't normal they don't spread and there really small but extreamly hot." Konkerou said following and passing the slowed fire trucks.
"I think I remember flames like that!" she yelled through the rushing air.
"Were here!" Konkerou said before Kagome could finish.
Konkerou walked up to the freshly made burning fire in front of a stopped car he placed his hand inside he pulled out quickly and waved it out.
"It's fox demon fire." He said.
"AHHHHHHHHHHH." some yelled from inside the small hotel lobby.
Kagome and Konkerou walked into the building a block of cement fell on a young boys Kimono? Konkerou picked up the block of cement and set it beside himself.
"Need a little help?" he asked the boy
The boy turned he was a fox demon his fuzzy little fox face turned at him with a glare. Konkerou froze It was a young fox demon two fuzzy ears stuck out from his red hair teeth bared ready to fight he had mystic iteas a yoyo, ball and jacks, and a little stick (Becomes giant mallet.)
"What do you want?" he sneared.
"We want to know why you've been attacking these people." Kagome said kneeling down.
"There were no people only those strange demons chasing after me!" he said.
"Those wernt demons there cars, or uh horseless wagons." Kagome said trying to simplify things.
"Then why were they coming after me?" the little fox asked.
"They wern't coming after you they didn't see you is all." Kagome said
"Ok well... Whats with him he's really freaking me out!" The fox said.
"Konkerou?" Kagome said. "KONKEROU!"
"What, what?" he said like he didn't know what was happening.
"Uh my names Kagome."Kagome said.
"Hiro." The little fox said.
"Come with us it's not safe here." Kagome said walking tordws Konkerou.
Later at Kagome's house.
"So how would you like to join us were trying to get Konkerou back home to his own time." Kagome said to Hiro.
"Sounds good I guess."Hiro said.
"What do you think Konkerou?" Kagome asked.
"I guess the more the marrier we need all the help we get if we want to get home." Konkerou said thinking looking of into space.
"Well it's agreed you're gonna stay with us." Kagome said.
The Gold Wolf #9 An old friend returns
Its been a week since any demon activity and the secret of the mysterious mark on Konkerou's back was revealed and Kagome and Konkerou haven't talked since the... embarrising moment between them. Konkerou usually sulked in his room and listened to music and Kagome did her usual chores and hung out with friends. One day.
"KAGOME!" Kagome's mom yelled up stairs.
"Yah?"Kagome asked.
"Theres some boy on the phone hesays hes in your class."Her mom said Kagome's mom handed Kagome and said.
"Hello?" Kagome asked into the phone.
"Hey Kagome,how yah doing?"
"Hojo?"Kagome asked.
"Yah, I haven't seen yah latly so I was if we could get together hang out a bit." Hojo said.
"Here?" She asked nervously looking up stairs Konkerou was walking down the stairs tail unfurled kinda wagging to the heavy beat of what ever Konkerou was listening to his ipod."
"If somethings going on there we could meet up some time else."Hojo said a little disapointed.
"No its just not here but some were else would be good." she said quickly.
"Great hows lunch? Tomorow." Hojo asked. I'll pick you up."
"Uh ok." Kagome said.
"Bye."They said and hung up.
Tomorrow... Kagome was rushing around the house trying to get ready Konkerou was still unaware of what was happening and just took his usual pace. watching Kagome run around like she was tring to find her head. The door bell rang and Kagome looked through the window it was Hojo.
"Just a sec!" she yelled as she ran to Konkerou she pulled his hair over his ears and her least favorite part stuffing Konkerou's tail into his pants.
"What the hell was that for!" Konkerou said pushing himselfcloser to the couch felling violated.
"There's a guy from school here and people from this time arn't used to demons!" she said angrily as she walked to the door.
"Hey Hojo." Kagome said as she opened the door.
"Hey Kagome."Hojo said "who's he?" Hojo asked as he glanced at the boy walking into the kitchen.
"Him he's... the kid of one of my moms friends there house was by the construction building that was attacked." Kagome said quickly.
"Oh sorry to here about your house." He said to Konkerou as he entered the living room. taking a bag of cheeto's and a con of coke to his room.
"My what?" Konkerou asked looking clueless.
"Don't mind him he likes to joke around." Kagome said rubbing the back of her head.
They arrived at a small dinner in town.
" How about these weird lights and attacks." Hojo said. "And did you hear there was a kid about sisteen or so running through pooring rain and jumping over speeding cars."
"Really?" Kagome said trying to act supprised.
DOOOOOOOOOOOM.
A giant hole was in the roof over there table a giant millapid loamed over them four beady eyes staired at them.
"Hell slasher!" a voice echoed as 3 orange streaks hit it in its face.
Konkerou was on the roof his red demon slayer suit had a large black X on his chest a black belt full of kunni knives, throwing stars, his giant sword and a magnum pistol. seperated his long Red chest pice and black arms. from his red leggings. His long black cape his tail stiff and by his side his ears not moving his dirty blond hair flew from behind him. His face serious he took out 3 kunni knives were tucked in his knuckeles flung them out into its face.
"He looks like a true hero." Kagome whispered. Hojo I've got to go. She said running out the door she climbed the gutter up to him.
"Here Kagome he tossed her bow to her and he charged.
"DIE!" Konkerou said whipping out his sword. as he slashed its armored head.
He gra$bed its antenne and the beast tossed him around.
"KAGOME TAKE THE SHOT!" he said as th beast was leaning back.
*TWACK* the arrow shot right through the beasts arrmored plates strait to it heart.
"YES!" Kagome said happily. Konkerou jumped down and helped Kagome get down.
Hojo ran to them "You mean your cousins the guy who jumped over the cars, caused the lights and killed the bird?"
"He's not my cousin he's not even the kid of my moms friend if you could remember that he's a kind hearted, sweet, sensitive demon who's trying to find a way back to his own time.
"Wow." Hojo said
"We have to go know before the news team comes." Kagome said as she hopped on Konkerou's back.
"Hey Kagome." Konkerou said
"Yah?" Kagome asked.
"Do you relly think of me like that?" Konkerou asked.
"Well yah your a real sweet guy." Kagome said.
"Thanks."He said as he ran them home
The Gold Wolf #8 The Cursed Mark
"Konkerou!""Come up here we got a surprise for you!" Kagome yelled from up stairs. "Huh?" Konkerou grunted. "Wonder what it could be." He asked himself as soon as he came up stairs Kagome grabbed his hand and ran to a door no Konkerou's never seen before. "You ready?" Kagome asked "I'm not exactly sure." Konkerou said. Kagome opened the door and, "SUPRISE!!!" Konkerou fell down for two reasons from surprise,and Kagome was right by him when he yelled suprise. "I think I lost hearing in my right ear." He said twisting his finger in his ear. Kagome grabbed his hand and helped him up. "Wow Konkerou said A room was completely costimised to his tast a brown full bed, a tv, a PS3 with a few sword fighting games, his old demon hunting suit and Silver Kimono, frankly in 5 days he turned into a panhead( A big fan of the Band skillet.)
So they got him a raido, poster of Skillet, And the new album awake. He had a computer with a brown swivle chair, same color as the comforter on his bed, (and personly my favorite.) two black bannana chairs,and a small pack containing a few things they found laying around.(you'll find out the iteams later!) "Wow guys this is amazing!" Konkerou beamed. "Thanks guys.) He said while hugging Kagome. "What was that for!?" she yelled in suprise. "Like you don't know, your the only person who's actually spent enough time with me to know what I like I know this was all your idea!" Konkerou said with a cheery smile as he flopped down on his new bed. "thanks guys really this was really nice of all of you to do this must of cost you alot and I appreciate you going through this for me." He said his tail resting on his shoulder slightly wagging. "Well boy we should get out of your hair." Kagome's grandpa said as he closed the door as soon as every one got out. "You to really like each other don'tcha."Sota teased Kagome. "Why you." Kagome groweled making a fist. "You to be nice." Kagomes mom said in a firm tone. A while later lunch was ready and Kagome went up stairs to tell Konkerou. She knocked on the door and shouted,"Konkerou lunch." Then a orange light flashed on and off inside the room, "GOD DAMNIT IT HURTS!" Konkerou screamed from inside the room. Kagome expected the worst and rushed in Konkerou's back was bare and a mysterious mark on his back flashed it was a Big circle with a spike pattern pointing in and out. a cicle in the middle had a thick line pointing down a cicle with the top of an arrow sign pointing downward. "Konkerou!" Kagome screamed as she rushed to his side. "Don't touch it!" he moaned blood made an out line of the mark. His eyes clenched shut. Baring his teeth trying not to scream. Kagome was worried the blood from the mark was making a puddle in his back in the pit in his back muscles. Kagome didn't know what to do she just sat down by him trying to calm him down stroking his thick blond hair, petting his ears in a way, Kagome didn't know what else to do besides that but a few minutes after that the mark stopped glowing and Konkerou opened his eyes Kagome told him not to move while she got a towel to blot up the blood. She blooted up the blood and helped Konkerou down the stairs she laid him on the couch and gauzed his back with a few medical bandeges she found. " what exactly is that mark on your back." Kagome asked. "Well I hade this mark on my back ever since i was born its a curse it inflcts pain on me." "But it maks me live extreamly long, I'd live long enough to watch all my loved ones die. "Unless I find true love." he said looking down "I thought I had that with Orihime but she died in battle like a true warrior." he said his eyes turned moist like he was about to cry. "Why?" he asked him self "Why me?" "Don't worry Konkerou you'll find love." Kagome said trying to reasure him. "Everyone finds love eventually." "What if I don't what if I live until all the ones I love die then theres no hope no chance for me." Konkerou said as a tear fell down his cheek. Kagome placed a hand under his chin and lifted up his head. "Don't worry you will find love, you will break this curse they moved closer to each other there lips only inches away when "KAGOME! KONKEROU!" your foods getting cold!" Kagome's mom said when she did they seperated in suprise. "Uhhh wanna get some lunch?" Konkerou asked rubbing the back of his head. "Sure." Kagome said. they walked in to the kitchen uncofortably.
