I decided to write this post because my World has no posts. So, why Shinin Lights? Well because those are my two favorite songs in the PSP game Lumines. Also, the new improved theOtaku doesn't have place for this information anymore:

I am interested in anime so that is probably the main reason I came to this site. I have been coming to this site for a long time, probably a few years now. In the past my associate (Majosha) and I did cause some trouble with a group of over zealous yaoi fan girls. But all that business is in the past (I hope). I don't really mind yaoi anymore thanks to deviantART desensitizing me (bastards).
For a site called "theOtaku" I don't really get the vibe that many people here are hardcore anime fans. The majority of the fan art, fan words and other content seems be geared to a very casual American audience. When I hear the word otaku I picture a socially awkward individual who spends most of their time and money dedicated to their hobby of choice. Out of the other otaku related sites I visit this one is by far the most casual.
I suppose that is enough for now. This world will basically cover my thoughts. Sometimes writing long pointless articles that no one will read is good stress relief... not really of course.
