--Contest Update--

I wanted to "edit" my challenge page with some of the judging guidelines for the contest, but since I can't do it, I'll write them out here. They will be up in my introduction so that everyone will see it.

Here are the guidelines I'll be evaluating the entries with:

  • Quality: This one takes a big part when I'm looking at the wallpapers. Clear and sharp, specially with bigger resolutions/widescreen.
  • Creativity: thinking outside the box is a plus :)
  • Originality: Has to be your own no doubt.

Keeping in mind these are going to help you greatly :).
Also, here are some tips that will increase your wallpapers' overall presentation: Not just for the contest, but to help you improve in any wallpaper/graphic that you make ^_^

-A signature (mostly recomended to put at the bottom) makes your wallpaper have a sense of being organized and modest. Making it blend in/match with your wallpaper's overall style is always nice, but it's not a must. As long as your signature isn't written with a huge black elephant font style, you're ok :). Plus, you're protecting your work against being easily stolen/ripped.

-Interest. Believe it or not, I can tell when someone doesn't have the interest when making a wallpaper. Yep, 'cause even I have done that ^^;. You all can probably tell when you see a wallpaper that looks like it was halfway done.

-Credits/resources. Help others to improve their wallpaper-making skills also :). Let people know where you got your resources from, and always credit the person that deserves to be credited. As most of the wallpaper-makers do, you can include it in your signature :).

Okay my friends, hope this was useful :). Remember to do your best and have fun ne? ^^. And! we have two new members: Please welcome ThousandShadowsMP and MissGoldenAngel ^_^. Thanks guys!

Take care!
