his legs can increase his speed ten fold and his serums and weapons are deadly to all.
He has the power of most spirits
he's killed every specimen on the earth and has obtrained some sort of mutation from that specimen.
he's pretty twisted.
his small companion is a dummy composed of living parts taken from Valikras
not a puppet because it has functioning parts
and because it functions on its own
