Tales from the Earthsea is not that bad of a movie. In fact it is good, just not as good as others. Though even the writer of the book (the movie was based on that book of the same name) wasn't too happy with the outcome, because it didn't portray the imagination from that world in the right way.
But still I do recommend it for you to check it out. It has some nice moments in it and it feels a little bit nostalgic, because the setting itself reminds me on those anime movies from 80-is.
Thank you, though the real review I will do sometimes later. ;)
And it quite is. :) You might even like it, it is more common in terms to Whisper of the Heart. Not sure if you watched that one... xD
Remember your place Latte. You are now a mortal as well and you will get to like what we like here. ;P
Just kidding, it is okay if you don't like them, not everyone in the world likes anime and yet alone anime movies and yet again Studio Ghibli.^^
There are a wide array of movies that they offer from more fantasy ones to realistic ones which usually portray hardships in life and emotions, like love or even nostalgia and something that we can relate to.
For example, Isao Takahata's movies (like Grave of the Fireflies, Only Yesterday) are more adopted to what we as humans feel and experience.
This one (From up on Poppy Hill) is also on that side, though they all share a similar effect and details like other Ghibli movies do.
If you ever feel bored you can try some of those, but then again I can't say for sure that you will like them.^^
I'm glad to know there are people like you. I only notice things when someone mentions it. Too lazy to look at things lol. But if I'm really curious, then I will find out myself. :DD
Both. :'DD
Yes, yes indeed! It's just lovely. It's nice for those who wants to take a break from watching action-packed movies.
I find him so adorable! xD All that blushing lololol ♥
Yes. I wish we had that too. ; 3 ; I wish we had the population to even have clubs. Why did I even go to a barely populated school lol. orz;
LOL. YEAAAAH. 8D
Nah, no problem. = v = ♥ It's the least I can do to get back at you caring at my ridiculous posts. x'DD
Hm, I personally am not a fan of Studio Ghibli movies, most people really love it but I don't know why I never find them interesting to watch. °◇°; Just sharing my opinion.., I know I'm in the minority. I watched Princess Mononoke two weeks ago on Disney channel, I hadn't even finished watching it, I got really sleepy and turned it off. (v^_^)
I'm sure you know The Cat Returns. I have watched it several times but never finish it too. I mostly got bored in the middle of the movie. ^^;; Then there is Spirited Away.. it's probably the weirdest movie I've ever watched. ・ヘ・
I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls <3
I mind all the details when it comes to things like this. ;D ... Well, most of them at least. xD
Wait, were you "Wait, what? Noooo! ; A ;" when they decided to destroy that building oooor when they found out the truth? xD
Heh, but I do agree, I like all the changes in emotions and the story telling. It had a nice composition and I can't deny that it didn't give me warm feelings as well.^^
Remember the philosopher, haha? I really like how they portrayed it and can only wish that we had something like this here (or that we had, now it is late though).
I duuuunno!! :D
I guess they didn't know each other, so... It is left to our imagination. ;3
Though in the end I was like: "Sooo.. who is fourth sailor guy?" lol
Edit: Ah, I wanted to express my gratitude for always coming here and finding my posts, even some that you missed. You are a good friend. :)

I really love the movie. I agree that it was kind of slow, but it quite fits the story it was telling. ♥ I was like, 'hnnnn' and 'awww' and later on I'm like, 'eeee!' then, 'Wait, what? Noooo! ; A ;' but in the end I'm relieved and happy for theeeem. xD The story gave me warm feelings heehee. :D
And oh, weren't those high school students amazing!? :DD I really love their wonderful clubhouse and their dedication to defend it. ♥

Well... Haha, you made a good point. Big people achieve small things, I guess. I mean, they are already big what more would they want? xD
And your comments make me as well. Keep them coming until we become old and wise. ;D

Next time do your homework though. xP
From the poster I actually thought that it was a WW2 related Ghibli movie. I missed a a decade or two. XD
Haha, I know, right? And I especially liked the answers that they gave to that regional governor. Very creative. :3
Because small people achieve big things? :P
I don't know if your posts are ridiculous, but I do know that they are enjoyable to read.^^
