No, my dear character. It means All Hallows Eve. It is the day before All Saints Day, in the christian religion. All Saints Day is a Holy Day of Obligation, meaning you have to go to church on that day. So, all you Christians out there, ask your parents to take you to church tomorrow. ^^
Roy:... does it mean candy if your not a christian?
