But anyways. I have a question.
What exactly is a "vector"? A lot of graphic makers on theO make vectors of drawings to use in their wallpapers/etc. But what exactly classifies something as a vector? Do you need a specific program to make a vector? How do you vector an image?
What I'm thinking vectors are are pictures that are created by tracing over an image for the sake of making a higher-quality image/removing background images/etc...
But idk.
