This is my favorite species of animal.
(Real answer: Cats over all, but puppies are really cute. Especially fluffy ones.)
2. Have you ever typed out "hello" on a 4-function calculator?
Yeah, I used to do that all the time in elementary school, and show off to my friends my SKILLS. And then I'd try to make other words. Maybe. Idk, my memory is pretty sketch. But yeah, I've done that. :V
3. Do you have a favorite item of clothing? What is it and why is it your favorite?
HMMMM.... I really like my white collared shirt. :^D SO VERSATILE, IT IS! But I bought a whole ton of new collared shirts from H&M this summer, which are all pretty sweetdiculous. I met some dude on campus who came up to me and was like, "Hey, I have that shirt! Cool." So maybe that's my magic friend-making shirt. :^D
4. Your guilty pleasure anime/manga?
AN ANIME OR MANGA THAT I FEEL GUILTY FOR LIKING.... Idk, I like my anime and manga pretty honestly! *u*; Idk, I'll get back to this.

THIS IS HARD. IDK WHAT THE REST OF THE WORLD KNOWS ABOUT ME...!!! I'll just do some facts (?) about my OCs that I've never mentioned before. Because that's... similar, right....

1) Even though Gabe doesn't have an official last name, I kind of internally imagine his full name to be Gabriel Duncan. This is entirely because I used to watch a lot of Good Luck Charlie on Disney Channel...
2) I've been subconsciously drawing Noland left handed. ???? SO I GUESS HE'S LEFT HANDED?
3) Noland's first kiss was when he was 18, with a girl in his pre-calc class. Noland's second kiss was when he was 22, with Stefan.
4) Stefan doesn't know how to change a diaper.
5) Chrystal's mom died from lung cancer when she was around 4 or 5. She lives with her dad, an artist.
6. If you almost accidentally ran your first crush over with a shopping cart in the grocery store, what would you say to them?

Slice of life! If it wasn't obvious from the fact that I generally gravitate toward making slice of life stories/characters... But in general, I just like movies with interesting characters.

HM... Overall, probably ice cream. But Tutti Frutti's strawberry yogurt is pretty dang tasty. :9
10. How good are your foreign-accent-imitating skills?
Horrible.

Pierce your nose or your tongue? My nose, because I want to be able to taste things using a fully in-tact tongue. :m And a nose piercing seems easier to take out (ie: not wear).

Grey or black? Black. BY THE WAY, a weird thing I was thinking about when I was answering this question is that you can make black into grey by adding white (obviously), but you can't turn grey into black because no matter how much black you add, there will still be that amount of white that was in the original grey.
Which annoyed me a lot in high school art class because I hate mixing paint. orz
Color photos or black-and-white photos? Color.
Sunrise or sunset? Regarding which is more beautiful, I don't really have a preference. I guess I prefer sunrise because it means the day is starting, whereas sunset indicates that I HAVE TO DO ALL MY HOMEWORK WHAT HAPPENED--
M&Ms or Skittles? Skittles. Generally, I prefer artificial fruit flavored candies... unless its caramel, or something. :V

Sun or moon? The sun because THE SUN IS THE ULTIMATE. MOON YOU ARE A MERE ORBITAL ROCK WITHOUT SUN... Actually, the moon's pretty cool, too. I often think it's bizarre that the sun is always there but you never can look at it without VISION-RELATED CONSEQUENCES... One time on this line of thinking I freaked out and thought "DO WE EVEN KNOW WHAT THE SUN LOOKS LIKE?" And then I realized we have cameras or whatever.
Winter or Autumn? Autumn, because I am not an icicle.
10 acquaintances or 2 best friends? Two best friends, which is probably what most people are picking...? I guess the benefit to 10 acquaintances is you have no obligations to them.
Rainy or sunny? Sunny. THE BEST THING ABOUT SUNNY DAYS IS that I can stay in my room and draw without having to turn on my lights. /lame

Hey guys, Otakon was last weekend!! If you were wondering why I wasn't active last week, it was 'cause I was busy trying to make my Kjelle costume. orz I DIDN'T EVEN FINISH EVERYTHING, BUT OH WELL........... Here's some pics of the costumes my sis and I made last week!
From left to right it's my little sister as Donnel, me as Kjelle, my older sister as Nowi, and my older sister's boyfriend as Owain. We're all from Fire Emblem: Awakening. I made my little sister's shirt and my costume, my older sister made her and her boyfriend's costume as well as my little sister's pants.
We're cool.

Since we were all FE characters, we showed up to the FE photoshoot on Saturday. *u*
My little sister did so great as Donny, btw. LOOK AT HER HILARIOUS POSE LIKE HE DOES... Everyone was crazy about her Donny cosplay, though. It was really funny. :,D
Idk, my older sister took this dramatic shot. Most of my costume pretty much deteriorated as the day went on... ;U; Most of the hot glue came undone, haha;;; I had to change clothes.

1: What is your name and does it mean anything?
Akioh’s not my real name, but it’s what I go by on the internet! :V I like to stay ~*~a mystery~*~. It doesn’t mean anything. I came up with it because I used to read the Akiko series in elementary school, and Akioh sounds sort of like Akiko. …Yeah, I’ve been using this pseudonym since elementary school… .u.
2: How long have you known your best friend?
I don’t really have a best friend, so…
If I had to choose, I’d say my best friend is my older sister, who I’ve known since BIRTH. WOOHOO.
3: What position do you normally sleep in?
Idk. I move around a lot when I try to get to sleep, because my legs and arms always fall asleep. orz
4: Were you a part of any “clique” in high school?
Not really. I had a grand total of two people who I was good friends with, and a handful of other friends. Idk what “cliques” they were in. I guess one of my good friends was sort of popular and mainstream, and my other good friend was sort of quiet and borderline “goth”.,,????? IDK. I surprisingly didn’t hang out with the quirky anime/manga/video game group, but idk if I would’ve fit in there, either. That group was surprisingly extroverted.
BUT WHATEVER, HIGH SCHOOL……
5: Who was your favorite teacher in high school and why?
My favorite teacher was probably my 11th grade history teacher. She was very nice, funny, and seemed like a genuinely good person! I’ve had funny teachers, before, but idk if it’s just the place I live or not, but most funny teachers are funny through sarcasm and borderline insults. She was from out of town (?) and had a really refreshing sense of humor! I was also impressed that she had the skills to engage a class of 16 year olds in American History lectures. :V
6: Do you wish to travel a lot?
Nah. I’m not really one for traveling. It makes me feel like I don’t know what time it is or that I’ve lost a lot of time due to the car ride/plane ride/whatever.
7: Did you participate in any sports while in school?
Nah. I did a grand total of two extracurricular activities in my high school life: full orchestra afterschool in sophomore year, and (mainly obligatory) art honors society in senior year.

9: Have you ever given blood?
Nah. I remember I had blood taken for some medical thing, one time…? But that’s obviously not the same. I’m a real wimp when it comes to stuff, so I probably would not enjoy having my blood taken, either.

Yeah. I think I lived a pretty diverse life! :M Whatever that means.
11: Do you like your siblings? Why or why not?
I love my sisters! I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned, but I have an older sister (who’s on theO under the username afterglow) (yeah she’s that weird lady who always leaves me crazy comments) who recently graduated from college, and a younger sister in high school. They’re really funny and nice people, and my family, so YEP.

12: How did you meet your best friend and why did you become friends?
One day, I was born. My older sister was there. So I said, “wahh,” because I was a baby.

HM… I cry pretty easily, so I thought this would be easy… BUT… hm. I know I cried when I watched the end of The Boy in the Striped Pajamas and The Invasion of the Body Snatchers, but that’s just it. I’ve only seen the end of those movies. *u*;;; I also cried during the Twilight Zone episode, “Time Enough to Last,” but that’s not a movie. I probably cried after watching Awakenings, but I don’t really remember.
14: Do you prefer to read poetry, write poetry, or neither?
Probably neither, but if I had to choose, I think I’d read poetry. I’ve written poems for school and attempted song lyrics before, but it’s not something I think I have a knack for. Though I do kind of like writing it, ‘cause it’s kind of fun to play with the rhythms of words and stuff. :V

Idk. Being not mean is nice.

NOTHING… I was listening to the Rurouni Kenshin theme, because my sister and I are watching it. :V We used to watch it when we were younger, but not really understand it. So maybe now that we’re OLD AND CAN UNDERSTAND STORYLINES we’ll actually get it.

18: A random memory from you childhood:
My earliest memory is eating a red crayon in a corner. I remember it tasted bad, but looked delicious. It is completely possible that I just made up this memory. IT FEELS LIKE IT HAPPENED, THOUGH…!

Middle of the east coast, USA! In some suburb area. Very exciting.
20: What was the last thing you watched on tv?
Rurouni Kenshin! Surprisingly better than I remember, actually. :V
21: Do you think you’d make a good parent?
Maybe, I’m not entirely sure. I’m not really sure how to take care of infants and toddlers, so it’d probably be best if I did some research on parenting, first. And idk, I guess it’s up to my kid to decide whether or not I’m a good parent…? Not really sure. I’m usually not too bad with kids, though. (To my surprise, actually;;)

I don’t have any friends that I know strictly on tumblr, but I’d like to meet some of them! :M And some of y’all from theO, too.
22: What was the last dream you remember having?
LAST NIGHT, I had this dream that Gabe was my uncle! And I had this weird new cousin that doesn’t exist who was quizzing me, Gabe, and my older sister about weird 90s facts. (???) And for some reason, one of the answers to some quiz question was “Sugar Ray” (like the band), and then I started making fun of Gabe for stealing Mark McGrath’s hair and what I am such a cruel niece.
I feel like this isn’t the first dream I had with Gabe in it. He kind of appears in my dreams more than my other OCs.

Yep. Apparently I wore them when I was a toddler, but I remember having to get glasses for distance when I was in 5th grade.

I say dark brown, but the majority says black. >:T

HM… idk, usually friendships kind of fade out because I stop talking to people. Not intentionally, but just because I forget to or don’t instigate conversation or they don’t talk to me. Usually I don’t talk to people unless they say something to me first, which is also true with my friends. Idk, I’m not the greatest at sustaining friendships. Obviously, I could be better if I tried to be better about it.
32: Who do you miss right now?
I haven’t seen my grandparents in a while, and I’d like seeing my cousins on my mom’s side of the family… :o

Because it never existed! 8D I’ve never been in a relationship.

Idk, not really. I don’t feel like figuring out “who I am” was ever too important to me. Or maybe I don’t feel comfortable saying anything definitive such as “this is who I am,” nor do I want to.

SO MANY THAT I CAN’T THINK OF RIGHT NOW… High school is one, which I always spell as highschool. But yeah, if not for google chrome, I’d be typo-ing it up. :V;;;

Probably! I wouldn’t be surprised with myself if I adopt in the future.

Haha, idk. I always like Third Eye Blind, but I recently-ish realized how cool the Police are. I knew a fair amount of Police songs before, but then I listened to Ghost in the Machine because I didn’t know what else to listen to at the time. Pretty good album, in my opinion! :V

Yeah, my parents are pretty well off. I’m probably the smallest spender in my family, but I’m apparently pretty un-frugal (?) with money compared to my friends.

I don’t really read, so Idk. I liked the Amber Brown and, as I mentioned before, Akiko books in elementary school.
