Hello all! Welcome to my review of Breaking Dawn: Part 2 (2012)as requested by Klassic!
You all know my opinion of the Twilight series, you've read it in my reviews of the other four movies (which you cannot read now seeing as SHOCKTOBER is closed (and will be open again in February as something else)), but I will admit I was pleasantly surprised by the latest and last installment. Though the acting quality is still mediocre at best, (and the CGI baby was just ridiculous) the action scene was very well choreographed and shot. As to the rest of the movie I can say that it was a little strange, the bits where Bella was just becoming a vampire were awkward and extremely fast paced. The time between the beginning and the climatic fight scene which if you have read the books know is completely non-existent is nearly completely forgotten for me. This is probably a one-time movie, the novelty wears off and you don't get much more from watching it more than once (I didn't). I know I said I was pleasantly surprised but not enough to make up for the long list of screw-ups. I do not recommend for those who aren't fans, and if you wish to add it to your movie collection: wait six months until it shows up at your local Dollar General in the 5$ movie bin, as it is where the other four now reside.
