AvariceTears Banned

As many of you already know, I temporarily banned AvariceTears from theOtaku for harassment in chat. Since we give people a second chance around here, I unfroze their account after the 24 hours was up. However, after doing this I checked my e-mail and found that they had attempted to go over my head, claiming they were innocent by sending this e-mail to another moderator here.

hello and I'm sorry to bother you but I'm from the Otaku.com and my username is AvariceTears. I would like to know why my account is frozen and if it's permanetly going to be like that. Is there a way I can unfreeze my account?

There was a situation in the chat and I honestly did not know what I did wrong! I asked them what i did to offend the user so that I could apologize but she refused and reported me. I never do anything wrong on the Otaku. The mod SunFallE came in the room and told me that I was going against the rules but I believe that it was I who was attacked and was accused against my will. They all came in and attacked me and I was shocked and scared, i wanted to know why. Please do not ban me from the Otaku, it just doesnt seem fair or right.

Is there anyway I can have my account unfrozen?

Now I honestly don't care if someone goes over my head, after all I could be mistaken so having someone give it a second look can be a good idea. Unfortunately for this person, I recognized the e-mail as being from a member I permanently banned from theOtaku for doing the exact same thing, harassing others in chat. =/

So I started looking and found this blog entry from when they created their new account to hide from being busted last time. The relevant information is in the comments.

So as you can see, the claims of being innocent fall short. Not only were they aware of it, but they had been banned before because of this kind of behavior. Their previous account was this one:

InsaneAndroid

So based on this information, the ban is now permanent. We do not tolerate harassment around here, period. Especially when the person knows better.
