“They’re my presents for you,” Jack said.

“Awwwwww I want to see them. I got presents for you too,” she said and reached into her backpack.

At the same time, there were some noises. Following that were muffled sounds. A second later, a big sneeze could be heard along with a fall and crash.
Jessenia widened her eyes, headed toward the closet nearby, sensing that the noises came from there, and opened the door.

“Hello,” Megumi said, scrunched up.

She, Alex, Nikki, and Christina were all in the small closet, all squished in. All of them were excited and listening in on the date that Jessenia and Jack were having.

“Hey guys. You people are silly. Apparently your military training hasn’t made you peeps very stealthy,” Jessenia giggled.

“Oh,” Megumi chuckled and turned to Alex, “You made me sneeze and blew our cover!”

“Darn it Megumi,” Alex laughed, “Just because my darn hair bothered your nose. Your beautiful hair never bothers mine.”

Megumi blushed a little and Christina snapped at Alex, “You squished me and I started speaking.”

“Oh shut up Christina,” Nikki said, “Just chill out you girl who talks like an old woman.”

“Hey I’m not like you. You get mad whenever I joke around you, dork,” Christina smiled.

“I’ll get you!” Nikki laughed.

Jessenia stared at all of them and started speaking, “Well guys you can fight all you want, but we have a date here. So I’d appreciate if you all stepped out. We can all be silly later!”

She started dancing and laughing. The others, with the exception of Jack, left the room, but listened in from the other room.

“Now where was I,” Jessenia said and started turning her head.

Jack had a necklace ready for her and she gasped, shocked in joy. He walked over to her and placed it around her neck, happily doing so.

“Sweetie, this is for you,” Jack said.

“Awww Jack, you didn’t have to…” she said and started crying tears of joy.
“Its for you, my beautiful girlfriend. You are my flower, you are my light. I love you so much,” he said and kept the necklace on her.

“Awww…well I love you too, my angel. I got you something as well baby,” she said and gave him a watch and a framed picture of him and her together.
“Wow…that was last year…and I love this picture so much…its us…just standing together happily…me and my beautiful sunlight,” Jack said, hugging her.
“You are leaving me with no words, Jack…I’m too happy…to speak a word,” Jessenia said.

“Well then, you’d love the next part,” Jack said.

He pulled out the plushy from his bag and laid it n her shoulder. She smiled in joy and squealed loudly. Jumping up and down, she did a flip and held onto it tightly. Then, she spun Jack around.

“Whoa!” he laughed.

“You’re so sweet…you’re a dream come true…Jack, you truly are a gentleman and you do care for me so much…I feel so lucky to have you in my life,” Jessenia said back to him.

“I’m even luckier to have you in my life,” Jack said, “You are MY angel and sweetheart. You make my days better. Even when my days are down, you lift me back up. When I’m sad, you give me joy. When I’m angry, you give me rays of calming peace.”

“You do the same for me, honey. You brighten my days so much. I may be happy so often, but you make me happier. Much of my happiness also comes from you. You provide me with so much comfort and strength. You help me go on. I love you,” Jessenia said.

“I love you too, honey,” Jack said.

He pulled her in and they kissed each other with huge kisses on the lips. The bright light of the room shined upon them and peace filled their bodies. They caressed each other’s cheeks and patted each other’s back. Both kept kissing until about two minutes later. Their embraces ended and they smiled to each other in peace.

As they did, every one of their friends ran out and hugged them. They congratulated Jack and Jessenia and smiled at them. Everyone was happy.

“HAPPY ANNIVERSERY!” Jack yelled.

“HAPPY ANNIVERSERY BABE!” Jessenia said.

Both smiled and kept their arms around each other.
