Graveyard-A poem I wrote

Let's walk in the graveyard
How delightful it will be
To imagine the lives of the people
If they were like you and me

Nobody will be mourning there
It's an old graveyard, you see
There will not be a soul where we walk
Not a moan to be heard in the air

We've heard lots of stories
Of graveyards being scary places,
But tell me, what's so harmful
About peaceful, resting faces?

Haven't you heard of the garden,
With violets and black roses?
Graveyard trees swaying in the breeze,
And statues in beautiful poses?

Here we are at the graveyard
Get rid of all your fears
Nothing will harm you, I assure you
I've been buried there for years.
