Update & Jeep Fun

Hey Y'all,

Been a busy lately and not able to post. Just move out of an apartment into a house with a roommate. Maybe I will be able to sleep better away from the neighbors.

Anyway in between the packing, unpacking, and trying to organize I got my Jeep muddy. At the local dirt bike track where I live, a couple off road groups have set up an OFF-Road Expo.

I went on Saturday for the volunteer meeting since I will be helping at the gate. Well we went around and talked about all the different aspects of the event and where everything will be. The last think we had to do was check the trails cut into the woods and mark them.

Didn't know they made trails into the woods for the event but I was not going to turn down the free off-road chance. Was a lot of fun but got real muddy at the last hole.

My 88 YJ only got stuck once but that was because I didn't have a locking axle after dropping nose into a 2-3 foot mud hole. The last mud bog almost got my jeep but I reved the engine to 4,000 rpms and got through it.

Mud was flying everywhere! Got inside the jeep an all since well, I didn't have any doors or top lol.

Below is a picture after getting back to my parents house. I scared a driver that was going the other way on the two lane road. My tires were throwing mud chunks as I started accelerating.

Was a blast and excited for father's day weekend for the actually event to drive on the motorcross track.

Y'all have a great week and talk to you later. Hoping to get some trail video this week with my Go-Pro.
