So Much To Do, So Little Time

So first off I would like to update everyone with pictures on the current status of my Pickup Truck Project. I have been at the point of these pictures for a while since so much other stuff has come up. But as off right now the pieces are coming together, just have small time consuming steps left.

So as you can see the two vehicles have become one and I am slowly getting there. I am excited of how it is looking and that no one else will have a vehicle similar to it. Below is what I still have left to do for it to get it finished.

1. Cut the tub to fit over the gas tank.
2. Low tub and check alignment to begin construction on body mounts.
3. Bolt down jeep tub.
4. Re-attach hood to determine placement for custom tub fenders and front grille.
5. Construct and weld tube fenders.
6. Attached fender to vehicle.
7. Attached front grille to vehicle.
8. Re-connect steering linkage, transmission shifter, and 4x4 lever.
9. Engine and dash board wiring.
10. Install front bumper.
11. Great pickup bed.

Got a list of what I need to do and what I might need to still buy, but taking it one step at a time. Been trying to think of what color I would like to eventually get this project painted. However I am not so good at determine that. Planned to take it to AAMCO and get their $99 one color paint special.

If anyone has any ideas for a color for this off roading / work truck let me know.

Other then that I am back to working normal 9 hour days at work and I am hoping today to get the new lights I order in so I can install them on my 88' Jeep.

Well have a good day everyone and enjoy yourself.

Later ya'll!
