Mello is one of the genius behind L, only being second to Near, which fuels his inferiority complex. Mello is obsessed with being the one to take down Kira and is willing to do "whatever it takes" so he can claim the new L status and say “I will be the new Number One!".
Matt is less interested in capturing Kira but hates Mello’s dynamic behavior. Matt serves as Mello alternative self and seeks Mello to relax so his doesn’t kill himself. Matt rather just spend all his time with Mello alone and they catch Kira later. Matt rather just play video games because he hates outside and activity while Mello lives in it.
Matt cant capture Mello’s fiery heart tho because his only séance of sweets is some smokes. Mello is chocoaddicit similar to L’s sweet fetish.
The idea situation would be for them is let mate do all the thinking and Mello all the beating.
Matt said "I didn't even know what kind of person he was!"
Mello doesn’t care and wants to leave poor Matt

Totally odd match up, well anyway, charge!
Rin is dead girl resurrected by sesshy because he has a fascination whit her scent.
Sota is Kagome's younger brother.
Sota has never meet Rin because kagome doesn’t let him travel with her and says he is to scared but he is a scared person. While Rin is a brave little girl, hey she was killed twice and resurrected twice what does she got to loose? Sota will try to protect as brash as he is, plus the fact he likes inyuashia. He would probably get killed and have t o be begged by Rin to be brought back to life. Rin would just laugh at Sota trying to fight. If they were a couple it would be entertaining, Rin would have to protect Sota.
Rin’s loose and carefree ways would make Sota blush and have a nosebleed every time probably. Sota will try to become strong to attract Rin’s attention over Sesshamru. Which will never happen.

Sango+Miroku
The classic tale of es that sums up the Sango Miroku relationship in a nutshell. Sango had no interest in Miroku for the longest time but after all the constant grouping I think she got hooked on it. It started feeling so good. Then she started looking at the monk beyond his issues. That’s when she started calling him “Good Monk instead of Miroku”. Even if he grouped other women she would get mad but always come back to him. A key change in their relationship, even a significant voice change in how she addresses him is noticed. She used to be more strong voiced but now she addresses him in a soft and distressed voice.
Her love is so deep for him that she endangered hirshekio(sorry misspelled) her weapon and long time partner. Obviously she is the strongest between them and tries to fight for both of them when Miroku’s wind tunnel comes close to ending his life. On the other hand Miroku doesn’t want Sango to be said or see it so he hides the truth until she discovers it and runs away from her.
At the end even if not stated they sort of get married, don’t quote me on this and have a child. I think this is also the end of Miroku’s women grouping because all he wanted was a child of his own. Hence “Would you bear my Child?” His favorite quote as he grouped women countless and shamelessly.
